This place is so amazing. Near to everywhere. The host, Taka San is also kind and very helpful.. I think it's the best guest house in town. I would like to recommend this to anyone who gonna stay in Kyoto.

I stayed here for 2 nights with my kids. Homey and cozy house in central Kyoto. Right in front of Kiyomizu-gojo station (Keihan Line), so we can travel to Fushimi Inari, Tofukuji and Arashiyama by train. Walking distance to konbini, bus stop, Higashiyama district, Gion, Kamo river. Only 10mins by bus to Kyoto station or JPY 860 by taxi. Complete facilities. Room, shared toilets and shower rooms are super clean. Taka-san is a nice and friendly owner. Very recommended.

Just perfect for me and my kids. Very homy, clean and neat, complete facility, friendly owner, strategic location, very close to konbini, bus stop, Kiyomizu-gojo station on Keihan Line, walkable to Kamo River, Gion and Higashiyama district. A place worth to revisit.
