Great position. Helpful friendly staff. Pool area partially covered and people were smoking, not nice as it lingered so did not use it. Private beach area beds were dirty and we saw non residents abusing them and not taking their rubbish away. Other than that the hotel was very nice. We would return. Felt safe in the resort

Le personnel est vraiment exceptionnel, mais une mention toute spéciale à Ayoub Khaled pour la qualité de son service au restaurant, à notre femme de chambre, Fatima Zhra et un gros merci à Imane à la réception pour sa reconnaissance. The property is very well kept and in a fabulous location. Our room overlooked the beachThere was nice restaurant across the street and only a 5 minute walk to the Medina. Breakfast was great and several gluten free options for my daughter who has celiac. The staff arranged private transportation for us from and to Marrakesh. The driver was great and stopped midway for gas and a snack. What a great experience.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful, and the staff was very welcoming and friendly from the moment we arrived. There is someone outside to assist with parking and help with your luggage, which was very convenient and appreciated. The location is truly perfect—it’s directly across from the beach and less than a five-minute walk to the medina. I’m not exaggerating when I say the location is excellent. The area is clean, safe, and very walkable, with ATMs and restaurants nearby. The room was very clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including plenty of choices for vegans, and the staff was very accommodating. We would absolutely return and would definitely stay at this hotel again. Highly recommend.
