Bathroom was not cleaned

Where to start. The 24 hour receptionist was there when I arrived or left. I can’t speak about the other rooms but I was on the top floor lovely view but as a 70 year old that’s quite a climb with luggage. No help. The room was clean. The bathroom was short and if your taller than 5foot 8 watch your head. There’s no shower enclosure so u shower and the toilet gets wet as do the floors. Oh the water was cold. Again, this was my room. The others may be fine.

So zentral und doch relativ ruhig. Unter der Woche war es ab 23 00 Uhr ruhig.

Alles war gut, bis auf das warme Wasser, was am nicht funktioniert hat, in der Früh war es wieder warm.

I stayed here for 6 days with a friend. The property is beautiful, the terrace has great views and the staff is top notch. I cannot stress how well we were treated by the front desk. Amazing people. They treated us like family. I will always recommend this place to anyone visiting the majestic city of chefchaouen.

This place is very basic but has everything you need. It is located in the heart of the beautiful old town. Really easy to get to restaurants and to sightsee. It's a bit noisy during the day with activities and tourists but very quest at night. I loved waking up in the center of the blue city! The manager and staff were super friendly. Really loved it.

First the good: the staff is excellent, friendly and welcoming. The location is also excellent. The bad: the rooms are really, really small, the toilet and bathroom are combined in one in which you can't shower without turning the toilet into a pool. Alright, the hotel is cheap so I can certainly forgive this. The real problem is the noise and the light coming through the window above the door are a nightmare. Both must be dealt with by the owners. Then the bed. I didn't like it; the bedding should be washed more often (I think the sheets were clean but the duvet clearly wasn't). Overall, I decided to stay 1 rather than 2 nights and move to a modern hotel.

Had an amazing experience at this hotel! The room was so cute, the location couldn’t be any better and the guy in the reception was the best! One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had, highly recommend!

Fantastic location in the centre of Chefchaouen. Room was lovely, traditional style and really light. Staff were great and really helpful
