Loud air conditioner. Hot tub was out of service, and had no hot water in our room, was luke warm at best the night we checked in. Beds were comfortable but pillows were not good. Staff were overall helpful, especially good customer service in the bistro.

We had a wonderful experience staying here. The hotel is lovely, very clean, and well maintained. The customer service was outstanding, and the staff truly go above and beyond. A special thank you to the restaurant staff, they were incredibly kind, professional, and made every meal enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

Checking in and out was easy. The staff were prompt, professional, welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious. The queen bed was comfortable. Wifi was easy to access and the signal was strong. The breakfast that was available was very tasty and affordable.

Restaurant staff were amazing. I ordered a sandwich for lunch the following day. The chef insisted on packaging it so it wasn’t soggy when I ate it many hours later. The manager made sure the packaging would fit in my room fridge. This was really above and beyond and very much appreciated. The rest of my stay was great. Hotel feel luxurious and is very well maintained.

I asked for a room upgrade and was willing to pay extra for it. Strangely, I was told this was not possible, despite hardly anyone staying at the hotel. Moreover, the fridge in our room (416) did not work. As a result, our milk and perishable food were spoiled. That said, I'm most perplexed by being denied a room upgrade despite clearly stating that I would be willing to pay extra for it.

Friendly staff, clean foyer, clean room

The pool is too cold to swim in. It’s one of the reasons we stay at the hotel. It’s been like this the last coupe of times we’ve stayed.

Love the underground parking and the rooms are clean and staff always very friendly.
