Overal pretty good. Parking was limited and suggested I pay for a day despite advertised at being available.

Nous avons réservé une chambre familiale pour 4 personnes. À notre arrivée dans la chambre, celle-ci n’avait pas été préparé suite au départ des clients précédents. Je précise que nous sommes arrivés à 19:15. N’ayant plus d’autre chambre à l’identique, nous nous sommes vus proposer deux chambres doubles, ce que nous avons accepté étant donné l’heure déjà tardive pour nos enfants. Nous avons donc été contraints de dormir séparément alors que le but du séjour était justement d’été en famille. Après une demande de dédommagement, les petits-déjeuners nous ont été offerts.

Very good and quiet location close to the railway station. Easy to reach and the Main Street just around the corner. Room was spacious enough and functioned well for two nights stay.

Kind of dodgy rooms and facility. Super cramped rooms, parking is confusing and not the best neighborhood. Was a mistake to stay there and we chose to leave one night early so we could find a better place for the next day.

Suited our needs well. Close to train station, shops and restaurants.

La chambre est assez grande pour 4 adultes. Meubles nouveaux, lits confortables, douche tres bonne.

The late check in person was extremely helpful given we couldn’t work out the remote check in system.

Staff was unable to assist us when we needed to cancel our trip. They did not respond to emails and did not answer phone calls. We never received any refund or help.

What is the world coming to when a hotel is rationing you to 1 Nespresso capsule. I assumed was a mistake and asked reception for another and was told would have to pay CHF2 for each extra capsule!!!! Staff pleasant enough, lobby really nice and modern, rest of hotel and rooms a little dated. I stayed on 5th floor and is a musty smell, also a whiff of sewers as if not good ventilation.
