Nel complesso ottimo

We stayed in a two-bedroom suite at Gara Suites. The hotel offers good value for money, but overall I feel it is closer to a 3-star hotel than the 4 stars it advertises. The suite was spacious, but it only had one bathroom. The room description also stated a golf course view, but our balcony overlooked a construction site. From around 8–9am every morning there was loud construction noise, and dust covered our balcony and clothes. We also expected a kitchen, but there wasn’t one. There were no tea or coffee facilities, only one bottle of water, and we had to request a kettle from reception. The housekeeping staff were excellent, especially the gentleman cleaning Block 4 on the third floor. He was always friendly, polite and kept our room spotless every day. Breakfast had a good selection and was enjoyable. The biggest disappointment was the seafood buffet. We paid before entering as instructed, but while dining another staff member asked for our room number and wrote it down. The next morning, another employee wrongly claimed we hadn’t paid. Thankfully I had kept my receipt. This showed a serious lack of communication between staff, which was frustrating and embarrassing. The spa was relaxing, but it required an extra charge despite the hotel promoting itself as a Golf & Spa resort. The pool was pleasant but quite small with very limited shade. The location is also far from the town centre, we had to rely on taxis throughout our stay. A shuttle bus would make a difference

Habitacion amplia y limpia, tiene un buen balcón. el hotel es muy grande, el desayuno está bien, tiene parking, solo he estado una noche y no puedo opinar sobre muchos servicios ni la piscina.

Habitaciones enormes, personal muy amable y zona nudista en la azotea. Un descubrimiento sin gente. Lo único malo, que es un poco laberinto para llegar a las habitaciones, aunque el segundo dia ya está uno situado. La comida muy rica y variada

La struttura è apparentemente maestosa ma le camere non sono pulite (con tanto si blatta di benvenuto). Avevamo chiesto la colazione senza glutine ma ci è sono Stati dati solo due panini...forae si aspettavano che ci saremmo serviti dal buffet ovviamente contaminato. Per una sola notte ci siamo accontenti, ma un intero soggiorno non lo consiglio

Stayed here many times now and always font the staff very helpful with our room cleaned daily as is the pool and bar areas plus the breakfast selection is excellent in freshness and quality.

Great pool & location !

The property is well maintained, clean and really good location. Swimming pools were heated which made them usable regardless of weather or outside temperature. Spa was great and had good availability when we were there. These were the highlights.. Staff was mostly friendly other than one or two at reception who were not rude but just didn’t care enough. The worst part was the food though. Breakfast was ok and saved mainly by the omelette counter and general staff being nice. Dinner was neither tasty nor had any major options. Drinks were not included but no free water as well which you had to pay for. If going there again I’d go with bed and breakfast option rather than half board. Overall a good property and experience.

La chambre est propre mais pour ceux qui partagent la chambre et donc doivent dormir dans la canapé lit, la literie est très mauvaise.

Camere pulite e sistemate ogni giorno. Personale gentile. Posizione ottimale, per noi che piace camminare. Uscivamo dall’hotel e in 15 minuti eri in centro.

Despite some of the negative reviews, it was a great stay. Staff were great, attentive and helpful. Food was fantastic as well as the evening entertainment. The only downside for me was all of the young people in groups at the beginning of my stay, doing balloons and made the hotel smell very green which I found very inappropriate as there were families there with young children so harder policing around that would’ve been better.

Almost are good. Map should be more understandable. We had to wait for 1.5hour to check -in. Sofabed is not comfortable and no Blanket. We are not protected from noise by upper floor and surroundings.

Hotel was lovely and clean. Staff are helpful and the food was good. Our room was nice and clean with good aircon. Only thing I would say is that they need to inform you better. We didn’t have a kettle in our room and didn’t realise till the last day after talking with another person staying at the hotel that we could request one at reception. They had some great daily activities for the kids and adults to participate in too. Would definitely recommend
