Great small room and fantastic host!

This is a charming hotel. Excellent location, close to promenade, lots of restaurants around. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and well equipped. I felt safe walking there in the evening. All in all, this was a wonderful place to stay and I would recommend it

Cute little hotel I downtown Nice. I think I had the smallest hotelroom I ever had, but all necessities were the and it was well planned. WiFi was out of order (but I could do 5G) All in all - great little hotel!

Badezimmer (Radiator) wohl seit Wochen nicht mehr geputzt; Rest ok.

The room was very clean, and the staff were helpful. There's a coffee maker in the room, and they provided a croissant in the morning. There is no elevator, so be prepared for that. The listing says that a bottle of wine comes with the room, which is not the case. But for one night, it was fine.

Good location

Små jättemysiga rum med allt (kylskåp, kaffemaskin, fint badrum med dusch) i ett unikt litet och fint inrett hotell som är perfekt placerat i Nice ett par kvarter från Promenade des Anglais.

The location was great. The room was small, but well equipped. House keeping was excellent. Shower stall was a bit too small. The staff was exceptional. Morning croissant was a nice addition.

Not clean. Not even in a "don't look too close" way just in a everywhere you look is dirty way. When I arrived, the young man led me up the stairs to check in never noticing that might need help. I arranged a late check out with this same person but he failed to record it leading to the "owner" banging o. My door whole I was in the shower.

War sehr sehr gute Reise! Alles war schön und die Leuten waren da super nett und hilfreich:) Croissant wurde jeder Morgen zubereitet, definitiv lecker. Ich könnte ja nur empfehlen!

It was wonderful with the right level of comfort and modern touches with the espresso machine and ho pot. And a small fridge The service was excellent and a five minute walk to the Rue de Anglais and nearby sites. The service is personal and very kind. They helped with all requests and were very prompt, courteous, and kind. Would definitely recommend it.

Der Aufenthalt war prima. Die Kommunikation war gut, die Zimmerwände sind ziemlich hellhörig, Das ist dieses mal das erste Mal aufgefallen, weil ich einen etwas lauten Nachbarn hatte. Bei den anderen Aufenthalten war es bisher nie ein Problem.

エレベーターが無い位で、スタッフの方皆さん親切で、ロケーションも便利、隠れ家的なホテルで、全くストレス無く過ごせました。トラムの駅からも近く、ビーチにも近い、そして静か。また利用したいです、
