住宿Good 但二樓太吵

We loved the location of this hotel and I loved the view from our room which was a view of the Gentle Giant ski run. I didn’t appreciate that they didn’t have daily maid service, considering how much we paid to stay here. There was a slip that you could fill out to request towels. I put that in and they called and said that I had to come down to the front desk with my dirty towels and they would give me clean ones. They couldn’t deliver the towels because they had too many bookings, but weren’t apologetic at all for the inconvenience. Apologies in my book go a very long way and a smile and how is your stay go a mighty long way, but we received none of those common greetings that you typically get at other hotels. I must add that when I asked for a cleaning towel and cleaner so that I can clean the bathroom myself, they had sent someone up anyway to clean the bathroom. I need to acknowledge that. The hotel needs a major update as well. With a renovation update and training staff to be more welcoming and gracious, this hotel could be a 5.

Very clean, very helpful staff

The room was clean, and we had no issues checking in. A fairly large hotel, so it had lots of people there. We couldn't get extra pillows because the rooms are owned by individuals, and they only had so many. No other other issues.

Kind staff, clean big room, awesome hot tubs!

Room was clean and in good shape. Great location to village and ski in ski out. My main issue was that when I arrived there was not enough room in the ski locker to accommodate my family's skis and they have strict rules about bringing skis into the accommodations and fining you if there is any sign of damage (rightly so...). Same with the parking. When I booked, on-site parking was part of what I booked, but when I arrived they told me there was not enough space in the garage and that I would have to park (and pay!) at an off-site, outdoor parking lot owned by the ski resort. When I went in the garage, I saw several parking spots taken up by their own service vehicles. They need a solution, because my greeting was, "sorry our parking is full and our ski locker is full. You'll have to park off site and figure out a solution for your skis. This was less than ideal. Also, the hot tub situation is quite small. they have two hot tubs, but no swimming pool, but could use another hot tub.

Room and facilities were excellent, staff are very courteous. Room was not ready for over an hour after designated check in time.

The location was perfect, and the room's loft concept was an awesome touch. It added more space. Definitely will be staying here again. :)

Some of the kitchen supplies were old and a bit outdated. But we loved out stay, our room was a bit small for the 5 of us we will definitely book a bigger one next time. Loved the location, super central and convenient for ski in and out. Would definitely come back!
