Very courteous staff, great room with a lovely view of the South Saskatchewan river, but…there were glitches. I was not best pleased when after paying extra for parking ($20), parking in their downstairs parking garage and then returning to retrieve something from the car a few minutes later that I found $84 parking ticket under my windshield wiper. When I brought the ticket to the front desk it was dealt with immediately, but still pretty annoying. There was more automotive drama later on the evening when we returned to the hotel after attending a family dinner. We drive an electric car and initially I was pleased to see the hotel had Level 2 chargers in their garage. A lot of hotels provide this service for free. I plugged in thinking the car was charging. But when I returned to my room I got a warning saying the car wasn’t charging. I trudged back downstairs and stopped by the front desk asking if they knew about any issue with the chargers? The guy manning the desk apologized, said he knew about the chargers since they were managed by a third party service provider. When I got back down to the garage — by now it was 10 pm — I discovered the chargers were Flo chargers, that I would need my smartphone to start one, and that Flo would charge me $4 an hour to use them, except between the hours of 2 am and 7 am, when charging is free. Fair enough, except…Flo also has chargers in a parking structure next door to the Alt. My Flo app wanted to activate those chargers, not the one

The front desk staff was excellent and left me a little treat in my room to really make my day when I first arrived. My breakfast was delicious and my sever was very friendly and offered great service . I as given a room with a great view!

Clean Affordable Quiet Good location Excellent views

Coffee pot was broken. I had a dinner there and had the poorest quality service I’ve ever had. There was no quality check. I was offered another drink. I wasn’t offered more water. I was bypassed multiple times while other guests were served. I did not get breakfast. Was that supposed to be included?

Beautiful room, lovely front desk staff.

The rooms are great , clean and beds are comfortable!!! On the hand about breakfast I thought it was a total rip off . Eggs weren’t cooked to order , toast was dry with a little clump of hard butter that you couldn’t spread without destroying the toast , no hash browns or potatoes of any sort !!! The coffee itself was good . For these two little measly breakfasts it was approximately $40 Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!!

We love staying at Alt Hotels, and this Saskatoon location did not disappoint—with a great view of the river. The rooms are beautifully designed, clean, and comfortable. Stronger water pressure and additional USB ports would make the stay even better.

The hotel is great, however, food options are limited. There are two restaurants across the street if you don't mind.

The room was very clean and the view was Beautiful. The heating system air was on and off all night blowing loudly- could not sleep. Staff was very courteous. Website needs to take off Complimentary Breakfast bc they don't have that which I thought they did.

Front end staff was welcoming and the hotel is clean and well designed.

It was small, but it was up scale and comfortable. The bed was super nice, we had a wonderful sleep. Quiet and the veiw was beautiful. Would have liked a microwave anda few water bottles.
