酒店不错，员工非常友好，服务也很好。

这家酒店不算新，但位置优越，毗邻海滩和“Mari Beach Club”，因此颇具优势。酒店确实有些年头了，但考虑到价格，性价比很高，地理位置宜人，早餐也不错。食物种类不多，但都很美味。猪肉培根需要到煎蛋台自己点，因为没有展示。大部分客人是家长或性格内向的年轻人。

海边。也还不错。房间宽敞。只是有点交通堵塞。

Hotel nyaman. Pemandangan langsung Pantai.

Suites yang memiliki pemandangan yang sangat bagus sekali, view nya langsung ke pantai dan tempat nyaa sangat bersih sekali, staff hotel ramah ramah semuanyaa, very recommended, next ke Bali akan menginap di sini lagi.

Lokasi sangat nyaman untuk staycation, hanya security dan Receptionist yang bertugas pada tanggal 12 Desember 2021, kurang ramah dan kurang cekatan dalam menerima tamu, saya sangat tidak nyaman, mungkin perlu dikasih training service level agreement biar paham cara menghormati tamu

Kamarnya menyeramkan, panas AC mati, di perbaiki sampe 3 kali gak bisa. Minta ganti kamar di kasih kamar yang sama panas. Di complain lagi diperbaiki teknis yang bebeda di pagi dan tetap aja panas! Kecewa banget karena gak bisa tidur semalamam.

I'm happy to staying again here. I was so happy and pleased to be back. I got the same room again as before. All work well. Just some input for Wi-Fi could be a better connection because we need a really good connection for our activities. It was What I feel and realize after my first explain stay. Another thing, limited towel for the pool. We should use the same towel as our room towel. Just not a good idea. It's really just not good especially for people who have problems with skin conditions. Kind regards,

So happy to be on this Hotel. The location just next to Petitenget Beach. The style so of the building so traditional. They have huge garden and so green around. It's so quiet during the pandemic so It's poor but I'm happy because we are have no meet anyone. The problem of this hotel is no Pool Towel so we need use our room Towel. For me, It's not good. Lokasi sangat strategis, langsung di pantai batu belig. Pantainya cocok untuk anak-anak bermain dan bersantai. Staff nya ramah, hotelnya bersih. Layak untuk didatangi lagi.

- AC kurang dingin - Lantai kamar lembab - Tidak ada lift + Harganya murah + Dekat pantai + Sarapannya banyak + Ada bathtubnya.

Kamarnya bagus, lumayan cukup pas ukuran kamarnya, lega, ada balkon juga yang cukup luas dengan view kolam ikan, Untuk santai-santai siang hari ketika cuaca sedang panas-panasnya pas banget. Hotel ini terletak pas di belakang pantai Batu Belih. Jadi ketika ingin menikmati sunset boleh dari kolam renang atau langsung ke pantai saja. Dan dekat dari berbagai pusat hiburan malam dan kafe-kafe keren di area seminyak. Saya sudah booking lagi untuk rencana menginap selanjutnya. cukup direkomendasikan?

Very nice hotel with beach upfront and nice pool. Food is so delicious and jewel on the crown is the staff and how courteous and helpful they are from the moment of check in till the checkout. Excellent location as well with ts own privacy yet middle of attraction and near by night outings. Great stay.

The hotel and all the garden are very nice very natural aesthetically beautiful it brings serenity & peaceful mind. The only lacking is the front beach has pathway that is used by quite a number of motorcycle and cars sometimes little truck passing by with very annoying fume while we want to enjoy the beach lay back ,sleeping & sunbathing on the beach.

Pengalaman yg mengasyikan menginap di grand balisani suites. Kamar bersih bagus,service juga lumayan memuaskan dan cukup ramah (cocok bgt utk yg bawa anak) tapi utk spa ternyata tidak gratis dan ada biaya tambahan yaitu 109rb. Jadi entah voucher hanya diskon potongan atau apa yg kita dapet. Tapi saya pikir itu gratis, krn tertera di kebijakan hotel tsb. Itu aja selebihnya very good

The aircon not really work well, breakfast average, the good thing from this place is just two minutes walk from the beach...
