Unfortunately, they are doing renovation at the main gate. Other than that, perfect.

Excellent exterior and ambience. Love the breakfast choice. Location is strategic to many tourist sightings.

Location was excellent. Service and staff was very warm and welcoming. Love the whole heritage boutique vibe. Bed, however, was a bit too hard for my liking.

The staff was all very helpful & friendly. They arranged our grab rides several times during our stay. Welcome drinks were provided even though we arrived in the middle of the night. The hotel itself feels like home. We especially enjoy the common spaces and the front patio when it was cooler in the afternoon, chatting and watching people passing by, with some refreshments from the hotel. The pool could be better maintained. It's 1.2m deep so not really for younger children. Room spacious enough for our family of 2 adults & 3 kids. Breakfast was limited but adequate. Surprisingly, we were given some nice postcards & a fridge magnet as souvenirs when we checked out.
