Fantastic hotel. Great breakfast, lovely rooftop bar and plunge pool. Main pool clean and plenty of beds & parasols available. Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend

This hotel was lovely and clean, rooms cleaned everyday and the pool area was brilliant, the bar prices were dead on for a hotel, would highly recommend 👌

Frokosten var utmerket. Det var ingen spillhall/rom som det stod at det skulle være. Mange av de ansatte kunne ikke engelsk. Fikk feil rom første kvelden ble lovet oppgradering neste dag. Dette var plutselig ikke mulig likevel. Sen utsjekk gikk heller ikke. Fint og nyoppusset hotell men en del å gå på når det gjelder høflighet og service.

The location, the rooftop pool and bar, the bed was soooo good

Got the wrong room type which couldn't be fixed, rooftop bar was always a long queue in the evening due to non residents. Breakfast was quite good. Pool bar staff were nice

Rooms spotless,modern and bed and pullow so very comfortable, will definitely be back , location is fantastic. Highly recommend this hotel

Great location and breakfast had good selection

Some comments suggested breakfast but we didnt find that at all , wide selection and great omelette made to order

Bra wifi. Fint og stort rom/bad, hadde superior. På disse rommene har en sol på ettermiddagen på terrassen. God størrelse på terrasse. Bra renhold, gode senger. Noe lytt, hørte «naboen» som hadde drukket litt - sang for full hals en av kveldene. Bra bassengområde. Får handkler ved bassenget. Frukost og middagsbuffet var bra.

Best hotel we’ve stayed in Benidorm. Clean, beautifully presented, great location and the rooftop cocktail bar was fabulous. Staff all very helpful and friendly

Fabulous hotel, staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very clean and new and fresh. We had a premium room which gave a lot of extra space. Loved the rooftop bar with great views. Location for the old town excellent And we Would definitely stay again.

Excellent all round

From the 8th floor, the room with a view of the sea and the pool were lovely. My space was very calming. The only negative was that we found the indian buffet to be very uninspired and hardly indian at all.

Yes. The breakfast was very good, with lots of choice. the rooftop bar was lovely, and the hotel was very clean & staff were very polite.

Myself and my husband absolutely love the primavera park hotel Its modern spotless and the breakfast is fabulous it's also in a great location! but on the down side I feel it lacks personal customer service! as I pointed out to them it was our forth time staying at the hotel but unfortunately their computer system didn't seem to recognize or appreciate returning customers.

Hotel was good and nice location. We were given a room on the 16th as we wanted a double (that we booked) and not a twin. great views But after a certain time the bass from the music from the Sky Bar leaks through the soundproofed room and gradually gets louder. I wished the reception would have mentioned this at the time. The last night there was a private party I think as it started at 4pm and finished at 10pm and this was booming We would have been out of the room normally from 7pm but had an early flight etc etc. Pity residents can’t get a table in the Sky Bar after a certain time if you have the evening meal there at 7pm and arrive on the 17th floor for a few drinks it was roped off and after a short while of looking like a div decided as staff were busy elsewhere to get a drink in another hotel nearby. I would stay again Eat out earlier and get to the Sky Bar at 6pm 😎
