I wouldn’t rate this as a 4-star hotel. While the service was fine and the meals were okay, I expected much better quality given the price of the all-inclusive package

Quick check in. Large 2× double bedded room with large bathroom. Ours had an issue with the shower leaking outside of the screen into the floor. Restaurant was large and accommodated for large groups. Food variety was brilliant. Only criticism is that we were not able to get a fried egg for breakfast as their was only one man cooking eggs and omelettes and always a large queue. Signs all around the pool about not reserving sunbeds which was not enforced, hence people were rushing to grab beds at 10am opening and then going off elsewhere. If you have a policy then enforce it. Quite simple to do but they chose to ignore that fact. Hotel in good location only 15 mins from airport.

No kettles in the room

Habitación de buen tamaño y limpia , el lugar es ideal para ir con niños y bastante variedad en el buffet . La playa está a 10 minutos andando relajadamente . Es la segunda vez que me voy y volvería . Tiene pistas de pádel al aire libre que para desahogarse está bien .

Toppen hotel för en kortare vistelse men efter fyra dagar kände både stora och små vi börjat tröttna. På minus sidan var att det var lyhört. Vi hade balkong mot poolen och musiken var väldigt hög och hördes fram mot midnatt. I matsalen var också ljudvolymen enormt hög. Misstänker de är en del av strategin att man inte ska palla stanna på buffen så länge annars hade verkligen lite avskiljer, gardiner och ljuddämpande inredning hjälpt. Vi som är morgonpigga hade även önskat att pool/gym öppnade tidigare (öppnade 10) På plus sidan är hur enkelt livet där va, allt var rent och fräsht. Toaletter vid poolen, bra pommes och helt ok mat för att vara buffe!

La réceptioniste a été très sympathique. L'hôtel est plutôt pas mal ! Nous étions dans la partie non rénovée mais la chambre était pas mal du tout ! Il y a beaucoup beaucoup de choix pour le petit déjeuner et ça c'est super :) Petits points noirs : l'ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas et nous étions au 4e étage. Et la chambre au dessus de nous était très bruyante. Mais nous recommandons

Filthy, old room with dirty bedding and stains on the walls. Hasn't been decorated in 40 years. No amenities in the rooms (no kettles, no towels at the pool). Felt like going back to the 80s. Obnoxiously loud music at all hours. No kids activities before 8pm in spite of it being marketed as a family friendly hotel. Slides feel unsafe. Food inedible. Worst place I have ever stayed.

Se está muy bien. Me encontré una pelusa grandísima en el baño...pero el resto todo genial

Todo fantástico, excepto el aparcamiento. Toda la zona és de pago en periodo estival. Deberían adaptar una zona exclusiva para clientes.

Está muy bien para visitar con niños el personal super amables la comida podría mejorar pero es que no dan a basto les hace falta otro cocinero más pero las camareras de lo mejor

Hotel propre, personnel très agréable, nourriture dans l'ensemble pas mauvaise et avec du choix, et plus ou moins bien placé près des comodités et de la mer.

Un hotel como este no puede clasificarse como 4 estrellas superior, con la calidad tan basica de su buffet y la incomodidad de sus colchones. Para los peques, bien, ya que tienen piscina ( que cierran a las 19:00) con toboganes y campo de fútbol, pero poco más. Si fuese un tres estrellas pues tira que te vas, pero llamar a este hotel 4 estrellas superior…

Struttura nel complesso molto buona. Le camere non sono sicuramente da 4 stelle. L’arredamento è molto semplice e vecchio. La stanza ha due letti matrimoniali attaccati quindi il posto letto è immenso ma c’è solo una presa di corrente su uno dei due comodini, all’altra presa di corrente della camera(sul lato opposto al letto) c’è attaccata la lampada. Quindi se siete in due dovete staccare la lampada per caricare i cellulari di entrambi. Bagno molto spazioso con vasca e ben tenuto. Corridoio delle camere con moquette molto vecchia e brutta da guardare perché piena di chiazze dovute a pulizia. Nel complesso tutto pulito. Colazione a buffet da 5 stelle !

Hay diferentes aspectos: - Los toboganes de la piscina se cierran a las 17.00 por lo tanto no los pudimos utilizar. - Para pedir informacion, poca ayuda por parte del personal - Faltavan toallas para todos los alojados en la habitacion
