The staff were excellent, very friendly & accomodating

Great place to stop and relax. Accommodating for young family too. It’s basic but all you need for a stopover.

Arrived slightly early for check in, Cafeteria attached to hotel. 6 coaches in car park, Cafeteria was over run with people. Room ready and hour later than check in time (can be forgiven due to how busy it was!). Staff friendly and helpful. Short walk into centre of Lerma (a must if you have the time). Restaurant food ok, breakfast basic but adequate. Room clean but basic, no Aircon but fan provided. Rooms need a bit of TLC... Electrical tape holding shower head on, paint peeling above shower. Bathroom door laminate peeling due to moisture. Overall, ok for a one night stop. Small underground garage which was a bonus when travelling by motorcycle.

Habitación limpia y amplia pero sin climatización. En lugar de aire acondicionado te ponen un ventilador ruidoso. Encima no hay más que un enchufe en toda la habitación por lo que hay que elegir entre el ventilador y cargar el móvil. El mobiliario y los accesorios del baño son demasiado viejos y la habitación está muy mal insonorizada. No es fácil dormir con tanto ruido. La dotación de gel de ducha, shampoo y jabón es insuficiente y no ponen secadora de pelo.

Everything was perfect, breakfast was superb!

Good price/quality ratio. The staff was nice. The most important thing for me was that they are pet-friendly and there are nice surroundings for walks. The room had a little balcony. The only negative point was that the plugs were too slow to charge my phone properly, and no airco during a heatwave with a dog, only a small fan that wasn't working properly.

Basic, but very clean & good value for money. Easy walk to town. I would have breakfast there again, but would probably go out for dinner. I had a lamb stew and half of it was bone.

Room was so hot I couldn’t sleep, didn’t even get into bed, just laid on top with fan on max directly on me all night. Window wouldn’t open, fan was loud and not powerful enough. Lighting was constantly flickering, shower took ages to warm up, I had a cold shower, which was actually welcome due to the unacceptable heat in the room.

Excellent evening meal, breakfast was ok too - very fresh omelette. Nice walk for a beer in the old part of town.

Todo muy bien. Fácil aparcar, gran atención del personal. Hemos estado a gusto.

Very cold in public areas, room was warm when we went to bed. Dinner was just ok, nothing special, had to get the fries changed as old and cold, veal was overdone on one side as it was left under heat lights in kitchen. Rushed by waitress as she wanted to finish. Breakfast was a basic affair, as expected from reviews we have read. But does the job.

It was lovely for the dog nice walk down the river.

Hondvriendelijk hotel. Garage voor de wagen beschikbaar. Grote parking. Ruime bar. Goed verzorgde kamers. Goede ligging, bij autosnelweg.

Habitación y cuarto de baño amplios y limpios. Fácil de llegar y aparcar, recepción abierta 24h. Uno tiene todos los servicios en el complejo hostelero mismo, pero solo es una caminata agradable de 10' al centro histórico de Lerma.

Chambre correcte mais personnel mal aimable Troisieme fois que nous nous arretons dans cet hotel et la derniere nous navons jamais ete si mal recu dans un hotel
