I stayed here because I really wanted a 'day at the pool.' The pool here is closed. They wouldn't let me use it.

Room was ppl there is very nice and there to help if needed with no put off only let down they close there restraurt ,, they at least need a microwave in the room sence there not had that the beds is a little hard could be a little more softer but better thst most places there miss there bar it is not safe to go out to the bars there always felt safe with the one they had and had good service there when they had it up and going

Hotel molto bello, ubicato in una bella zona,vicino a piazza Bolivar e al Museo di Antioquia.La camera era molto spaziosa, il letto buono,il bagno buono e una bella vista(ero all'ottavo piano),una bella hall,piscina sul tetto e sala fitness.Buona la colazione e in generale la cucina.Lo staff del personale è stato molto accogliente,tutti bravi, professionali e simpatici, potieri,camerieri,facchini ecc.Mi sono trovato molto bene, lo consiglio assolutamente.

Está a 500 m de la Plaza Botero y tienes un bus desde el aeropuerto que te deja cerca. Las instalaciones están en muy buen estado y el personal muy cordial

El hotel es bueno, recomendaría revisar temas de mobiliario ya está viejo

The hotel is very clean indeed. The people were really friendly. It is in a good central area where you can feel safe enough to walk free during the day. At night there are many homeless sleeping around the streets within the vicinity of the hotel, but you can walk without being bothered. The breakfast and restaurant food offering needs serious improvement.

Goed gelegen hotel in het centrum van Medellín. Prima gastvrijheid en service. Vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt was echter slecht. Oud brood, alles op, geen keuze.

I have used the Gran Hotel for years. The staff is helpful and the breakfast is included. The lunch special at the restaurant for 15 mil includes a drink, soup, main course and desert. The pool is freakishly cold but refreshing on hot days. The only drawbacks are the wifi is spotty in the rooms and downtown is noisy - bring earplugs.

Das Gran Hotel, nicht Grand Hotel ist zentral und billig. Ist aber eher was für Schwerhörige oder Gehörlose. Im 10. Stock mit Fenstern, die kippbare Glas Lamellen haben, ist es lauter als auf der Hauptverkehrstraße. Geht gar nicht

The hotel is centrally located in downtown. service is good. we took 2 bed + extra room. shower was horrible as well as toilet. everything seems very old and not maintained properly. Breakfast which is free was worst we had in colombia

Terrible WiFi, i asked for a no-smoker room and all the hotel smell like cigarettes. The food was always the same, bad combination, very poor options and the worst part was they served you like you were a prisoner: people in line, you have the same portion, you couldn't pick more cheese e.g. and the location horrible! i felt very insecure, the streets dirty and a lot of beggars...

Desde el momento que uno llega todos en el hotel son muy atentos el servicio es bueno te explican como movilizarte por la zona a que horas el desayuno un poco ligero pero después todo lo demás está bien si lo recomiendo
