空荡荡的足球迷区整夜在窗下喧闹不已。酒店号称适合家庭入住，却因为夜间的噪音而无法入睡。这实在令人遗憾，尤其考虑到比赛要到晚上11点才开始。

我们喜欢的地方 地理位置绝佳，紧邻滑雪道——真正意义上的滑雪进出 设计非常现代，充满未来感；度假村外观精美，整体设计也十分用心 入住期间，工作人员热情友好，乐于助人 停车和各种设施都很方便，井然有序 厨房设备齐全，餐具充足，冰箱容量也很大 我们不喜欢的地方 我们预订的是6人公寓，但实际入住的是4+2户型（主公寓4人，外加一间2人房），导致主客厅空间太小，6个人根本挤不下——尤其是在一起做饭、吃饭或晚上放松的时候 浴室布局不太理想：6个人只有两个浴室，通风不良，淋浴间直接通向起居/用餐区，感觉很不舒服 整体通风非常有限——只有一个小窗户可以打开。6个人住在一起做饭，空气很快就变得很闷热 对于6个人来说，这样的布局并不舒适，很难推荐。

我对这家酒店的印象不如预期，可能是因为考虑到酒店的形象和价格，我的期望值太高了。 自助入住机还不错，但为什么非得去另一栋楼才能使用？而且为什么只能在凌晨4点办理入住，而那时房间明明已经打扫干净了？ 床单还要额外收费？我从来没听说过，这让我很不爽。直接按房间收费，然后像往常一样准备好一切不就行了吗？三天只有两颗Nespresso咖啡胶囊？ 感觉他们在服务和设施方面有点马虎。没错，酒店的内外设计确实很吸引人，而且酒店内也有很多活动，但如果他们能再用心一点，我们或许还会再来。 餐厅的食物大多平庸，自助早餐更是糟糕透顶！关于度假村、活动等信息很难找到，有时信息很少，甚至还有错误。我们询问了网上看到的一项活动，但活动没有明确说明出发地点，结果前台给出的时间和网上公布的不一样。所以，很多小细节累积起来就让人很恼火…… 啊……还有，退房时间居然是上午10点！😲😬😏🫠

We stayed at Rock Resort for one week in a large connected apartment with a kitchen and bathroom, and overall the stay itself was pleasant. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, and the resort has a nice atmosphere. However, we were very disappointed with the cleaning service. During our stay, we ordered apartment cleaning twice. Unfortunately, the service was extremely limited — the staff only quickly swept the floor. Dust on furniture, lamps, and other surfaces was not cleaned at all. Bed linen was not changed, and towels were not replaced. We later found out that changing bed linen and towels requires an additional paid service that must be ordered in advance, which was not clearly communicated. When the fresh linen finally arrived, it was simply left on the bed, while the used bedding and dirty towels were piled together and left in the apartment, creating a very unpleasant impression. For a resort of this standard, we expected a much higher level of housekeeping and clearer information about what the cleaning service actually includes.

这绝对是单板滑雪者的天堂。宽敞舒适的客房配备齐全，有舒适的床、电视和蒸汽浴室——这才是滑雪度假的理想生活。意大利人和法国人，好好学学度假胜地该是什么样子吧。
