Great location, near town hall, just a little bit far away from train station. Excellent hotel facility if compare with the price. Anyway, I will stay in this hotel is I visit Kaunas again.

It’s an older property, but well maintained and cleaned. It certainly has a old world charm to it and a portion of the building has been there since the 15th century.

The rooms were large and clean and good quality. The hotel is very beautiful. The breakfast was excellent. The only thing that the bed matrices were very hard. And the sky roof top was closed in 22.

Hotel was lovely and right off the main square in the old town. The roof terrace had good views and is nice particularly on a sunny day. The rooms were comfortable and clean enough but a little dusty on the main table area. Bedside cabinets etc had all been dusted down.

Ok si tu es au cœur de la vieille ville tout près de la grande place Rotusès (aucune indication sur place pour trouver l'hôtel) Belle hôtel de catégorie 4 étoiles avec une partie ancienne ville. Nouvelle. Joli chambre intime est confortable. Très calme. Il n'y a pas de set café/thé bouilloire dans la chambre. Petit déjeuner buffet bien mais j'aurais pensé un peu mieux le standing de l'hôtel Séjour globalement très agréable dans une ville qui mérite vraiment d'être visitée

Well appointed, clean hotel in a great location. Bar opening times were limited but maybe the middle of May is too early in the season. Reception staff answered the questions asked but could be more proactive eg providing the wifi code and a local street map upon arrival without being asked. The outdoor sun terrace and open seated on the first floor were great spaces to socialize.

Silver kreaps in bathroom floor. Needed some upgrade in room. Rooftop was nice but not finished redecorated. Beautifully placed by the river and old town. Nice price.

Good breakfast, clean rooms and nice staff.

Great location and quiet. Rooms were spotless. Parking was a big issue and communication on checking in was difficult. We prepaid for parking and we were given a bad copy of a map to the parking lot. It took us considerable time to find the lot which seemed like a mile or so away. Trying to enter the lot the code we were given could not be used. Back to the hotel, and the hotel took care of the car. Kunas, is a developing town. In a few years it maybe worthwhile but for now, things were rather sparse.

Breakfast was disappointing, I had read reviews about the excellent breakfast but the eggs were awful, bread was poor and the beans were beyond dry. The staff in the breakfast area were not welcoming, not one made eye contact or said good morning or even nodded at us. When we checked out we were asked if we used the room bar which we did, we paid for the couple of drinks and that was it, no thanks for your custom, no hope you had a pleasant stay, absolutely nothing not even a goodbye, it was really weird and although the hotel is in a great location we definitely wouldn't return.

Overall a nice place and helpfull staff. We were disappointed with our room due to the jacuzzi water being dirty.

The hotel is ok, very hard to find..Even when you are in the street it is not obvious the doorway is hidden which is very strange. I felt it would have been nice to have a kettle in the room to make tea/coffee. The breakfast was very basic. Was surprised how little there was to do in Kaunas actually, (the second biggest city to the capital Vilnius which was much more interesting) Kaunas was like a ghost town.

Amazing place, this is our go to hotel in Kaunas. Receptionist upon arrival gave us all the info on where to go for Užgavénés. Breakfast amazing as usual, and please thank our Ukrainian host for her attentive service yesterday. Apologies for forgetting names! Temperatures of -21C but our room was warm and the underfloor heating in the bathroom was amazing. We’ll be back soon.
