Front desk staff felt very robotic. The hotel could benefit from more hospitality training and flexibility so guests don’t feel like an inconvenience.
I had to book an extra night, and they couldn’t honor the rate I had on the app. Early check-in and late check-out were automatically charged with no attempt to find a middle-ground solution. The front desk was not very helpful overall.
The breakfast restaurant staff was excellent — very friendly, understanding, and genuinely service-oriented.
The room was okay, but the bathroom had visible dirt (soap dispenser was dirty, bottom of the door, walls, shower head had dirt also). Towels were very old, dull in color, and didn’t smell fresh.
