Not as clean as it could have been. The area was very convenient, but being next to such a large railway station in a large city, the surrounds are never going to be great. It’s a trade off for the convenience. But the hotel was fine and deserved the overall 4 stars.

Clean, well-designed hotel right next to the Antwerp station. Decent breakfast.

Convenient , clean and good

This hotel is conveniently close to Antwerp Central Station and all main tourist attractions. Check in was very easy and efficient. The room was very clean and we were to the rear of the property so it was very quiet. The bed was just divine. So comfortable and a great size. Great selection at breakfast with freshly cooked options available. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Close to main station but not close from major sightseeing points, though almost all walkable. Friendly staff, especially one front desk staff “Lucky” (on name Tag). Parking garage is not very big in comparison to the hotel size and is shared with another hotel, few charging station available. Rooms are alright, standard NH style and quality.

Sauberes Zimmer. Tolles Frühstückabuffet und frische Gerichte auf Bestellung. Lediglich das Zimmer zur Straße hin bräuchte einen besseren Schallschutz

my stay was wihout breakfast so NO IDEA

The breakfast here is the best I’ve ever had while traveling. It surpassed some of the large breakfast buffets in Vegas (in my opinion). The breakfast options are plenty and the room the buffet is in, is stunning. We also love the bar. The area outside the hotel can be sketchy at night and the TV channel options can definitely be better. Perhaps it’s time to upgrade to smart tv’s. Other than that the staff is helpful and friendly and the room itself- while not the best I’ve had - was clean and comfortable

Centrally located. Cool & urban Style Hotel

Better than expected. The exterior of the hotel looks rather austere and the neighbourhood is quite plain, however once inside it is all fine, even if the décor is a little quirky. Our particular room was a little smaller than we had anticipated. Dinner and breakfast were good.

Δωμάτια ευρύχωρα, άνετα. Το ξενοδοχείο είναι ακριβώς απέναντι από τον κεντρικό σιδηροδρομικό σταθμό. Εστιατόριο και μπαρ λόμπι κλειστά όλη μέρα επειδή ήταν Κυριακή.

Ok stay. Arrived after check-in time but room wasn’t ready — seemed to be a pattern with others waiting in the lobby. Room was clean, staff friendly. But room not ready and no attempt to rectify this means I can’t in good conscience recommend a stay here.

Well located next to train, location easy for intercity travel. Very nice reception staff.shower high quality but small.

Excellent all around. Great location next to Central train, elegant buffet breakfast, clean room, staff friendly and helpful.
