Staff were good and so is the hotel location and cleanliness and pool. The downsides. This hotel is tricky in charging. They accepted booking for 3 persons but the room only have 2 single beds. So there was a hidden charge of PHP2500. The parking lot is small. Buffet breakfast ran out of food before breakfast hours ended.

Everything was great except for the beds which we thought were too small.

I love spending my time here, I like the way they treat customer with respect.

Very poor in room cleanliness... found red ants crawling in our bed (where my 8mon old daughter and 8-year-old daughter was sleeping!) and also on the headboard and walls. Again another bad experience at the breakfast buffet area. Very poor handling of the huge volume of guests that will dine-in... they made us wait because they don't have space anymore but when asked until what time they are going to serve breakfast they are sticking to the 10 AM cut off!!!! Very bad experience for a 5 star hotel! Value for money — surely MIDORi is a FLOP!!!

Why There is no bidet in our superior room

There was a bit of a mix up when we checked in, but the front desk officer was so nice and she apologized profusely that we could really not be angry at her even when we were already so tired and already wanted to go to bed. Great service and well-designed hotel.

Simple quiet but memorable. Nice amenities too.

We have great day staying in this hotel.

The facility was great and service was ok. Restaurant service was slow.
