位置不错，靠近Paradigm购物中心。房间和浴室都很干净。墙壁有点薄，能听到邻居大声说话的声音。除此之外，其他方面都很好。不过，即使调到最大温度，淋浴水温也不够热。

酒店干净，靠近公交车站，靠近餐饮场所和娱乐场所

酒店需要大力改进，尤其是客房服务。就地理位置而言，交通便利。

I've made the reservation and I am not stated that I want the smoking/ non-smoking room. During the check-in, as I came at night, the only room that available was a smoking room. As I entered the room, I can smell a very unpleasant smoke smells. I would like to recommend, either it is a smoking/ non-smoking room, the hotels management needs to put the air freshner to remove all the unpleasant odors in case the customers is not comfortable with the smoke odor. Next is the toilet. It needs proper ventilation, as after I took my bath, the vapor comes out from the toilet as there is a fire n make sure that the bed sheet is in a good & clean condition. That's all.

Air panas untuk shower kadang kala tidak berfungsi.

I need to wait 45 minutes until my room ready. Wifi too poor to connect. The hotel doesn't provide intercom telephone and the staff knocking my door during my rest time.

Menginap untuk 3 malam di sini cukup menyenangkan karena kamarnya bersih dan cukup luas, AC-nya dingin membuat tidur jadi nyaman, untuk fasilitas lumayan lengkap, kami dapat kamar 207 sangat di sayangkan wi-finya sangat tidak bagus, untuk mencari makan cukup susah jika sudah lewat dari pukul 23.00 karena restoran yang satu satunya di sebelah hotel sudah tutup, Jika mau berjalan kaki lebih kurang 400 meter terdapat mcdonald dan mini market 24 jam, tapi harus melalui jembatan penyeberangan yang berada di depan hotel tersebut. Tapi kalau menggunakan grab menuju ke mcdonald tersebut cuma 5 meter. Jika ingin tinggal lebih lama di Johor hotel ini cukup bagus, karena harganya murah tapi tidak murahan. Tapi bagi yang membawa mobil cukup susah untuk parkirnya.
