We called in advance to say that we would be late to check in due to the train schedule, the motel agreed and said plz call the phone number and the staff will open the door. I arrived on time, take a lot of phone calls, knocked on the door, but no one opened the door, we waited outside for 30 minutes from 4 am-4:30 am. 30 minutes later, the staff opened the door and there was no apology for us. The room also has mosquitoes. We booked a room through the app for two adults, but when we arrived at the motel, they said we could only have one bed and charged us an extra fee. I think the motel should have clearly rules on the app, their rules mislead customers. Overall we experienced bad service and I will never come back!

Phòng sạch sẽ. Ở trung tâm và gần các tuyến phố đi bộ. Nhân viên thân thiện, nhiệt tình, đặc biệt là tư vấn chơi gì và ăn ở đâu quá là ok luôn.

Nhà vệ sinh nhiều con trùng và không ngăn nắp

Anh chủ và nhân viên đều vui vẻ và nhiệt tình. Phòng rộng rãi và sạch sẽ, người nước ngoài ở nhiều. Có dịp sẽ quay lại.

Menyenangkan, staf sangat membantu. Kamar bersih, toilet bersih, letak termasuk strategis.

Phòng sạch sẽ, thoải mái. Tuy nhiên hôm mình đặt phòng không có khăn tắm, không có lược chải đầu.

Nhân viên dễ thương, gần chợ đêm.

Located in the centre, useful to travel around. All good excepts the floor which was not clean enough though we’re in private room.

The hostel is pleasant. Free breakfast. Drinking water is not. An approachable and knowledgeable staffs. You can rent a motorbike with them at a cheaper price. I booked and paid via credit card and when I arrived, the receptionist is telling me that I haven't paid. It was an awkward situation. I was so tired that time. One thing I notice, they prefer cash when staying in the hostel. They have swipe machine though. I wanted to stay for another night or two and asked if I can just booked online and they said they are full even though it's not. They just don't want you to use the mobile app since they are paying commission. I looked for other hostel instead.

Friendly staff, comfortable bed with curtain. Everything was clean, in good order and cool despite the hot temperature outside of the hotel. Nothing to complain about.

Nhà khách tương đối ổn, phòng ốc hợp lý, bữa ăn sáng cũng khá ngon, có nhiều dịch vụ du lịch giá tốt cho những ai chưa biết nhiều về du lịch Huế
