Overpriced. 2 star Hotel with 4 star price.

If I could, my partner & I would like to rate 0 star for Room 103 Deluxe King Sea view with balcany room. 1) even though we stayed for 3D2N, we did not receive any housekeeping service throughout our stay. So please bring your own toiletries & towels. 2) Breakfast was so bad. Food were basically leftovers from yesterday ' s breakfast and you need to be very early to eat as they don't bother to refill. We came to breakfast area at 7.45am with empty food trays. 3) We were"disturbed by something"at 3am. Good luck to next guests.

Masa breakfast sepatutnya jam 7 am, tapi kami menunngu smpai jam 7.30 am pun.. breakfirst blum ada trsedia.

The room was good, very clean and equipted. The view from the room is also nice. Their staff was nice to us. But, the room was not soundproof at all. We heard all kind of noise at night from all direction! We can hear the footsteps from the ceiling! It was too noisy, that I couldn't sleep and end up with a very tiring weekend. So, I do not recommend this hotel for those of you who are sensitive too sound. If you are okay with it, go for it. Their room is good with affordable price.

The location is good , around the seafood street, room is clean overall is good
