床尾离门太近，容易绊倒（床尾有点长）。早餐请提供印尼语菜单。入口处标识较窄，没有指示牌，请做得更清晰一些。晚上热水供应不太稳定（时有时无）。

带着小孩入住时，房间很小，不知道有没有更大的房间，房间太小了，食物都得挤着放，行李箱都得放在浴室里，适合度蜜月。

该地方靠近 Peti Tenget 海滩，距离别墅仅 500 米，该地区非常繁华，拥有许多餐馆、商店和酒店，交通便利，但房间较小。

我住过的最差的别墅！入住时，他们的工作人员帮我们办理了入住手续。我们大约在西印度群岛时间10:30到达。过了一会儿，我们发现电视不能正常工作。之后，我们检查了热水，发现也坏了。之后，我们打电话给前台，他们的两名工作人员来了。电视先是修好了，虽然图像模糊，但能用了。然后他们又费了好大劲才修好热水。我们等了将近30分钟，却没有任何后续行动。我们再次联系前台，但结果还是一样。他们告诉我们，工程部门已经出故障了，所以那里的工作人员试图爬塔。等了30分钟，没有任何结果，我们再次联系前台，要求他们到房间来解释。而他们的解释实在令人无法接受。在我投诉之后，他们告诉我们，所有房间的热水也都出现了问题。所有入住的客人都和我一样洗澡吗？真是奇怪。然后当我问解决办法是什么时，接待员说他们可以帮忙从厨房准备热水。我问多少钱？1桶。1桶？这是我第一次想洗澡，他们只给我1桶！（他们告诉我们第二天上午10点会修好热水，同时要求我们严格在11点30分退房）。然后在WITA时间23点45分，我们决定换酒店。情节转折是，当我想取押金时，没有接待员在场，只有保安，我们说我们想退房取押金，接待员在哪里？她说她回家了。问题怎么可能还没解决，她已经回家了。不久之后，接待员从后面出现了。原来，保安是在为接待员撑腰，说她回家了。令人惊讶的是，我们退房时我的身份证并没有立即归还。我是在去新酒店的路上才意识到这一点。最后我们只好回到别墅去取身份证。

Mantapp, dekat kemana mana, ukuran kamar kecil tp cocok buat pasutri

Untuk private pool dengan harga segitu benar-benar worth it. Karena lokasi di dalam gang jadi jauh dari kebisingan lalu lintas, cocok untuk bulan madu. Staff sangat responsif dan membantu sekali, kekurangannya hanya di parkiran saja, lebihnya sangat memuaskan. Saya sangat merekomendasikan tempat ini.

Abit disappointed on cleanest of the hotel room (smell) and the air con in not cold enough. The Walk way on the way the room is very slippery when is rain.

Staff-nya ramah dan menyambut tamu dengan baik, dekat dengan pusat Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, rekomend banget bagi Anda yang mau main ke pantai lihat sunset.

Just a good place to stay. Comfortable but not too luxurious. The staff was friendly and helpful and quick to respond.

Villa nya kecil tp sebenarnya oke aja, cuma aromanya kurang oke dan wc ga ada blower jadi pengap berasa banget.

Good place, good mood. Cuma lokasinya aja di gang yang cuma cukup 1 mobil, wkwk, tapi room-nya nyaman banget, kamar mandinya bersih.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Location is very cramped which is quite difficult to order Online Transportation. The reception promised us buggy service to take us to the beach, the next day when we ask for buggy, they said, the buggy is not available because other occupant is blocking the buggy access. Very disappointing. Second day stay, we were not given bottled water (they forgot until we call reception at night, and the guy who finally gave us the bottled water shows up in annoyed face). Furthermore, the toothbrush is not replaced with new one on the next day. Terrible. We found out during check out, the female reception fill in the review form herself (she ticked all the good one) which means they don't allow us to complain or review the hotel. I'm not sure if the owner of this villa knows about the staff issue here.
