++ The place is good. Room is clean. - - Restaurant is not good. Almost all the items in the menu are not available.

We had a pleasant stay, staff are nice and friendly. We were the only guests during our stay, well plus one group of family so it was like we had a private resort. I loved it because it wasn't crowded. However, there are things that need to be enhanced. Our experience could have been much better if all our first food choices were available. Almost everything that we asked were not available. You have to make sure the availability of the products on your menu all the time. You might also want to add more food and liquor choices. Btw, the food are a bit expensive and we had to add salt to the eggs when we had breakfast because it has no taste. About the room, it was so spacious. Every thing was perfect except for the bed foam. It seemed to be old because it was a little hard like there's no spring inside it. And as I have suggested to the front desk officer, they should put at least one floor rug on each room. It was difficult to enter the room when we went to swim because there was nothing to dry the floor. Same as getting out of the bathroom - no floor rug! It's an essential part of the room especially for an expensive resort like you. But since we had the resort to ourselves, we experienced having a private resort for a while, it was worth the price! Will definitely be back! ❤ but we might eat outside instead. Hihi.

We booked a deluxe family room for 4 pax at the Marand Beach at Bacuit Sur not the Marand Spa near Hiway, but it has no available room bec they said they are not yet at agent but I complained since I am paid already, eventually they accommodated us with 2 double deluxe rooms for 2 pax each. Generally, the resort is good, clean with free breakfast, 3 clean infinity medium-sized interconnected pools and near the beach front with enough garage and security guard. I commend Irish for having initiatives and very patient and handled our situation nicely. We will go back there next time but I suggest agent to coordinate with Marand Beach resort properlý.
