On site parking was convenient and safe, restaurant on site was great and very nice for breakfast.

Free Parking at the back was great and they have bicycles to rent too! Our room was above the front entrance and you could hear people talking outside clear as day, as well as the enthusiastic neighbours. 😉 Spotless and nice decor. Staff were amazing! Zee’s restaurant has the BEST beef tenderloin!! Reasonable price but likely because it isn’t high season yet. Stayed 1 night to enjoy the Spring Sparkle event with our mini pass of 3 wineries with food pairings. Will definitely be going back!

We’ve stayed here often as it is one of the more affordable options in Niagara on the Lake. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. Zee’s breakfast is decent. The breakfast special is a little too basic.

Really great experience here. A point of reference is that I booked the room with the jacuzzi but didn’t realize it is in a separate building. This was less desirable. When I went to the front desk to ask about changing to the main building it was no hassle. This really made the experience, the staff were super friendly. I would say the main building is more updated and nicer overall. Breakfast at the restaurant in the morning was excellent. No complaints would stay here again.

Great hotel central to the main street.

Very attentive and friendly service. Rooms were elegant and had all the amenities we could want, including the "out-of-the-ordinary" (need a pet? you could borrow a pet fish for your stay). Great location, classy building, reasonable price, would recommend.

The staff was very friendly, the hotel uses a chat bot named Ivy which was pretty helpful when I had questions. There is a nice are to relax with complimentary coffee and a nice restaurant.

Most notable was friendly ambiance with fresh flowers, staff greetings and a cozy nook with coffee. There is a restaurant right on site but many others in walking distance. The club room was cozy and decorated nicely with beautiful bathroom. The king size bed was exceptionally comfortabl with quality linens. We had the first room upon entry to the building and found it was a bit disruptive with folks coming in from outdoors but beyond that we would and plan to definitely return (if you get a club room get one far from stairs). We enjoyed that room specifically due to fireplace during colder months. Great touches in room like real glasses, fridge, deluxe coffee and quality bath products with fluffy good quality towels. Over all splendid romantic stay.
