I have comment their check in was cold and no welcoming. The Hotel Executive asistant manager acknowledged my comment and send me a card however come with a set of amenities as same as the welcome amenities. Can see how robotic and service without heart. Club lounge very nice, specially those serve attitude are different. F&B staff， housekeeping and concierge great hospitality but not front desk.

It’s great that we got free upgrades for 2 nights. The service is also good. The only thing which might need improvements is the daily room cleaning.

Great location in the center of Sofia, you can just walk for 3 minutes to see the beautiful Sofia church. Wonderful stay in this wonderful hotel! 5 stars recommend！

Room was fine. Restaurant was wonderful. Room service at 3:30 AM was surprisingly good.

It’s my most favorite hotel downtown Sofia. Every time I travel I have a mental review whether I should book here or The Sense hotel (which is also excellent) and I always end up at the Intercontinental. I don’t think there is a better city view anywhere else. The 6th floor terrace rooms with Cathedral view are divine. This time I stayed at the bookends 602 and 616. Can’t decide which one I like better. But I love the terraces. They have enough awning that you can hide from the sun if need be (it’s hot in August) or be in the sun if you want to it. Great for entertaining friends or just presiding over the National Assembly and the horseman and admiring Alexander Vevski Cathedral. The staff is excellent.

Great location and staff super friendly

One of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The bed felt luxurious! The shower was great and so was the blow dryer. The room got plenty cool. The refrigerator didn’t really get cold enough but that’s minor. Location is perfect!

Likes: top-notch staffs, cleanliness, spacious room and bathroom, A/C, location, breakfast, room amenities, Hotel staffs were amazingly courteous and helpful in all occasions. They made me feel welcomed. The room was very spacious and equipped with all the amenities I would like to have while traveling. Especially a big comfy sofa with an end table was extra special and made me feel at home and my stay very pleasant. The ambiance of the breakfast room was delightful and food was delicious and high quality. Especially the section with the array of the traditional dishes of Bulgaria was specia and well thought out since it gives an opportunity for foreigne travelers to experience Bulgarian dishes. I really enjoyed staying in this hotel and will stay here when visiting Sofia. I

A very nice stay at a very nice hotel. Great rooms, good service and excellent breakfast. Very nice location to access the city by walking. Close to the metro and the historical sites and churches. Family vacation.

Great hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. The location is very central, so it was perfect to get anywhere by walk. Definitely, we will stay there again.

Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Service at the restaurant and in general were excellent. Well maintained, clean property. Superb location!!!

Nicely located at the center of Sofia with wonderful facilities and breakfast we really had great time at the hotel. You can easily walk around and visit the city. Highly recommend visiting!
