Very nice breakfast and dinner services. Very warm room, good Wi-Fi services in the hotel.

Parking was difficult due to different signs eg. Cones, yellow ribbons. Had to move to overflow car park in neighbouring building not sure what would happen if during the week when that business is open. Stayed in building next to main hotel. Old misty smell on the main hallway. Room was clean, everything that is needed was there offered hairdryer on check in. Pleasant stay.

Lovely B&B for a one night stay in Southampton. Room was big and very comfortable. Delicious breakfast cooked to order. The only issue was the parking. All ok when we arrived, but when returned from an evening out there were no disabled spaces left. We had to call the night reception who kindly helped us. Otherwise, a great stay. Would return.

I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Southampton! Great family run hotel with great staff and fantastic home cooked food . Always plenty of parking and very close to the city centre. Keep up the good work! 😁

Very nice place to stay before our cruise. Everything was very clean and presented well staff were very friendly. Breakfast was lovely good choice and not greasy. Will stay again only 15 minute easy walk into town.

Helpful staff, very clean. A bit further from town center but on great bus stop routes. Would stay again but know that there was low water pressure and no refrigerator.

We stayed one night pre-cruise and found this hotel to be very, very good. Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Our room and the newly refurbished bathroom was immaculately clean. The bathroom was large; the bedroom was small as was the bed but for a short stay it was great. We were at the back of the hotel and it was very quiet. No lift and our room was on 1st floor, we didn’t need to, but hotel offered to keep out large cases in secure place to save carrying them upstairs. We also had dinner at the hotel and it was very good. Breakfast was good. The only slight constructive feedback would be the reception / communal areas are a bit dated not that this would stop us staying again. Overall would definitely recommend to others.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We received excellent service. We are not aware if they have assessable rooms. Our experience was having to navigate 2-3 steps so I would ask if assessable room is required.

We stayed in the newly refurbished annex at the back of the property. A very quiet, cool room for a hot Saturday night stay. Exceptionally clean with everything you could want including tea/coffee making facilities & chocolate biscuits. Costs were higher than normal as event on at the St Mary’s Stadium but still a great stay despite the inflated price.

Pleasant hotel but rather isolated from shops and amenities despite not being far from the city centre. No meal provided in the evening due to restaurant being closed on Sundays and no bar either. Which meant a trek up the road to a pub to get anything to eat and drink. I would not book again. Staff were all pleasant and helpful so no complaints there.

Like a very large inn. Beautiful interesting rooms.,Walking distance to a park and awalking distance to a wonderful restaurant The Cowherd. Even a supermarket around the corner. A $12 cab ride to the cruise terminal.

Was disappointed that we had to pay £5 to park up early before check in. Never had to do this before and was told it was because they were expecting car park to be really busy but there were just as many cars when we left the car at 11am as to when we checked in after 3pm

We stayed here as a pre cruise stay. We had a twin room & I had requested one with a walk in shower due to mum’s mobility which we were given ☺️ We had Room 55 which had a large double bed and also a single bed, tea & coffee making facilities & large smart tv also on room. The room we had was in the separate building at the rear of the property so no traffic noise was heard the only thing was a ‘generator’ kicking in around 7am but apart from that lovely hotel & room would stay again. Both receptionist were lovely & helpful also, thank you for a great stay.
