酒店環境及員工一流，舒適，超值，唯一酒店門口未必可停車，有時要走一小段路先可進入，酒店裡有樓梯，如行動不方便者就不適合入住，我入住房間可適合4人使用，有2廁所，非常方便

地點方便，很近medina 又不嘈吵。服務很友善，我們巴士晚了到餐廳一直等我們提供晚餐。建議第一次去請酒店人只接送

I transferred from another Riad and the Andallaspa was a step above. Starting from the inviting reception to the room and a fabulous experience at the spa. Would recommend

Very clean, very friendly and helpful staff, perfect location. Overall, a great stay! My only suggestion for improvement would be to either switch up the music played in the public areas of the riad, or not play music at all. It felt like we heard the same track every day. But that’s a very minor criticism; everything else was wonderful.

This riad is so beautiful and peaceful. Staff were wonderful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower. We were welcomed with tea and snacks. There were beautiful spots in the rooftop to lounge around. The food was delicious and fresh orange juice the best! We would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful and charming property. Very friendly and courteous staff. Younus, AbdulRahim, Zachariah, and Jalel took wonderful care of us. The breakfast is excellent with fresh orange juice, yoghurt, croissants, bread, Msemen/omelette.

Lovely and attentive staff, a calm respite from the busy and sometimes chaotic Medina.

Super helpful staff and very clean rooms. Hot water came out quickly for shower, which is sometimes a major issues for hotels. 5 stars without a doubt! マラケシュはアジア人比率は低いように思いましたが、当方以外にもう1組日本人ゲストがいました。この事からも日本人に合うホテルだと思います。メディナにも程よく近く、アクセスもとても良かったです！

Das Zimmer war ok, jedoch nicht besonders hochwertig. Einzelne Mangel im Bad. Direkt neben dem Eingang. Personal sehr höflich. Insgesamt zu teuer für den Standard.

The hotel was beautiful, the room clean and spacious, the staff we gracious and fantastic. The location is quiet convenient to the Medina.

3箇所リヤドに泊まったが最もポップな内装だった。立地は良いが小道からのアクセスが薄暗くやや怖い。部屋によってデザインのトンマナが異なり面白い。朝ごはんはシンプル。リヤドの方はみな親切で子供にも優しい。リヤド内で鳥が自由に飛びさえずっているのが非常に心地よかった。

Rooms are not big enough...overall a decent Riad...location is very good...walkable to Jemma El-Fna square

Vi hadde et velig hyggelig opphold, god service og hyggelig personalet. Fin beligenhet med kort avstand tl det meste. Veldig dyktig massør! Litt lytt, så kan anbefale puter under stolene:) Kunne fint ha bodd der igjen!

The staff over the 3 days that we were there were the best! Everyone was pleasant, greeted you at the door, asked about the day’s activities, etc. The Riad was exceptional - beautifully decorated, spotless, and comfortable. Every morning the staff went out of their way to make sure that breakfast was a pleasant experience.

The Riad is beautiful but the team that works there is amazing! Their hospitality is incredible. We really appreciate them all. The Riad is stunning…so well designed with all of the modern features…the breakfast yummy.. we highly recommend this place.

Hyggelig personale, koselig fellesområde

Stunning colorful traditional decorations, beautiful Riad. We stay only one night and checked in around 9:30pm, staff are nice, room is warm. We booked family suite, the smaller bedroom with 2 twin beds, no other space. Toilet and shower no ventilation fan, I guess this maybe due to the limit of old house structures. Overall, this is good experience to try local Riad.
