Great location short walk to everything

Small room but perfect for what we needed

Great location to cavern club, docks, Liverpool one etc . Bed was comfy and the room had air conditioning. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

Good basic hotel for a nights stay. Good location with close proximity to main areas. Room was basic but had everything that someone would need, only downside was no fridge. It felt as if it could have been a bit cleaner, but the value for money was good.

Excellent I would definitely stay there again

Swift check in, parked at Moorfields NCP and got a discount on that at reception. Room 628 - ok for a one night stay, air con and extractor fan made it a bit noisy for a light sleeper. Large TV at the end of the bed with Sky TV which is a OK touch but these days I'd rather be able to cast from my phone to watch what I want.

Very well located - very close to Moorfields Merseyrail station and Liverpool city centre. I stayed on a Thursday and Friday night and heard nothing at all from what can be a noisy area with lots of nearby pubs and bars. My bed was comfortable and the shower in a well equipped bathroom particularly good. I had breakfast both days - there's a choice of 3 menus. I had a different one each day and they were both great: I particularly recommend the muesli, yogurt and croissant menu. They also give you coffee and juice, with the option of a refill. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff were super helpful and very accommodating. They were able to switch a room for me at the last minute and I really appreciated that. My original bed was a little hard for my back, but the new room helped to alleviate that issue. Excellent central location within walking distance to what I wanted to see.

Nice budget hotel, very clean and comfy bed, only little issues was the shower didn't lift very high so i had to duck under it, also the rooms are a little small but for the price its hard to complain.

The hotel is in excellent location and conditions. Staff are very nice. Things to improve: 1. The wifi doesn't work properly. 2. The blackout blinds are nit suitable to block the daylight. 3. Only one elevator working for a big hotel with 8 floors and around 28 room on each floor/storey.

Check in was poor. Told that the card reader was out of service for paying the tourist tax, then told that they don't accept NatWest cards. Someone sorted it out before I left, but being asked to go to a cashpoint, as though their payment problems were mine to solve, was disappointing. The hotel itself is fine, and worth the cost. It's well located and clean. Just the one small lift for all floors is a minor inconvenience

Excellent location with many good restaurants around it. Also near the pier and Liverpool One shopping mall. The room is a bit small though, even when I have already selected the bigger Double Room with windows.

Lovely stay just one very annoying thing was the constant buzzing sound all night in the room meaning very little sleep. In the morning we mentioned it to stafff and they explained it was the extractor fan keeping the air circulating but if we had asked they would have turned it off. I suggest this is mentioned to guests on arrival not when checking out

I enjoyed my stay and a bonus was sky sports in the room
