服務很好，房間大暖氣很足，床品舒適，地區安靜。地鐵站口傍邊，有免費停車，交通便利。加購了早餐，個人覺得沒必要。 現在在住皇冠假日，感覺萬達文華性價比更高一些。

除了房间空调不能调有点热以外 其他都很ok

位置离出差工作的地方近，交通方便，旁边有万达广场，餐饮和休闲都很近。酒店服务尚可，可能因为天气原因，房间比较干燥，但是配备了加湿器。整体满意。

相当棒的酒店，不论是设施还是服务，特别是行政酒廊的服务，我们用了包括的会议室在内的各项设施，相当好的体验，感谢武颖小姐及她的同事们的专业服务。

Staff was great overall. But they really fumbled on getting me a taxi to the train station. I thought I'd arranged for it the night before, and they assured me everything was taken care of. But no one did anything, and the concierge just disappeared. Very disappointing.

During my recent stay at Wanda Vista Hohhot, I was disappointed by several aspects of the experience. The staff was notably unfriendly and appeared either unable or unwilling to communicate in English, which made resolving issues difficult. Although I was assigned to a non-smoking floor, some guests were smoking in their rooms. Shockingly, despite this being against hotel policy, the staff did not address the issue for an entire week. It was only after escalating the matter through Hotels.com that any action was taken. This lack of responsiveness and enforcement of rules significantly impacted my comfort during the stay. I would not recommend this hotel to others seeking a stress-free and accommodating experience. It falls far below the expectations of quality and service that travelers deserve.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was not pleasant. The staff were overall unfriendly, and there were no English-speaking personnel available, or they seemed to avoid communicating in English altogether. This made it very difficult to address concerns or receive assistance during my stay. Despite being assigned a room on a non-smoking floor, my next-door neighbors smoked every day. When I raised this issue with the staff, their solution was for me to move rooms instead of addressing the source of the problem. This was extremely inconvenient and disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel for travelers seeking comfort, good service, or an accommodating environment.

今回2泊だけの宿泊で利用。 フライトが遅くなり深夜にチェックインしたが、とくに問題なく案内された。フロントは、ほぼ中国語対応で、数名の英語が話せるスタッフがいた程度。 セキュリティはしっかりしていて、エレベーターで部屋へ向かう際、ルームキーをかざすと行きたいフロア階へ上がれる。 衛生面も清潔で気持ち良く過ごせました！アメニティも充実してました♡
