這年每個月也入住最少五天,本來也想換換酒店。 但是最終也感覺這個酒店比較安全舒適 雖然有點舊但因為房間服務員非常體貼， 二樓開了一家泰國spa 的按摩店， 從二樓過去非常方便。

所有員工也親切有禮，因為房間太熱房間的服務員也會主動問顧客需要風扇嗎 。這舉動令顧客入住時感覺舒服一點。

已經住了很多遍 ，服務設施仍然保持四星級水準!! 整體酒店各樣設施也非常好, 職員親切友善. 下次必定再來

房間沒有花灑頭很不方便， 只有上面下水的哪一種。 水力 當然不足夠 浪費很多時間 其他基本上也非常好特別 是

所有員工非常親切有禮，房間光線充足整潔， 床頭付有义电盒只須帶usb線叉電及香港插頭 ，酒店房間與照片相同。 地段非常方便轉彎有購物商場， 整體來說是一間非常好的酒店 ! 比上一次住的中江假日酒店還好

雖然飯店設備感覺舊了一點，但住宿品質很好，大庭服務人員親切，有禮貌，整体住宿體驗很好

房間乾淨，服務親切，盥洗用具質量高，值得再住

酒店位于市中心，非常好的位置周边商店超市休闲娱乐中心很多，去虞山尚湖风景区也很近，地下停车场也很大免费停车，总之很棒！

大変良かったです。フロントのスタッフは日本語対応でき、こちらの要望にも対応してくれました。また次回も泊まりたいと思います。

This hotel was a Sheraton managed hotel in the past and still has the Alure of a Sheraton. The personal is very friendly but their English is not the best, however good enough to manage the crucial things. The western restaurant dining is not good compared to the price of the menu. The breakfast is on the other hand quite good and served in the same restaurant. I think it is one of the best hotel choose in Changshu.

エアコンが効かず、とてもさむい。バスタブは、掃除してもらえず、汚れがついたままで使えませんでした。

Confortable rooms, and nice staff well speaking English.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is very convient; although it's located at a major intersection, the room was still reasonably quiet.. There are choices of in-house restaurants, and outside restaurants are also just within walking distance.

とても良いホテルだと思います。 近くに大型ショッピング店、料理屋も多く、大変便利です。 掃除やフロントの対応もすばらしいです。

Vary Good and convenient location

3回目の利用になりますが、 仕事での利用なので夜寝に帰るだけです。 特に問題もなく利用させてもらっています。 簡易的なスーパーが併設されていますがもう少し品揃えがあると嬉しいです。

The staff were cordial and ready to help during my recent stay. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The hotel itself is located right in the center of Changshu City. Many restaurants and coffee shops are within walking distance, and a big super market is right across the street.

Stayed at this hotel for 9 nights, yet the swimming pool staff was terribly rude. Would not pay to get this treatment..

Stayed here for 6 days and totally enjoyed my experiences at this hotel.
