位置好，也干淨。但很少時間有工作人員在，又只給一把鈅匙，有任何需要時無人幇忙，沒有安全感

Great staff

Quarto limpo, tudo ok. Só senti falta de informações quanto ao check-in, senha de Wi-Fi, localização. De resto, tudo ok.

The location to check in is 4 blocks from room itself. Easy to find with no issues but dragging luggage 4 blocks was a bit rough. Communication from staff was wonderful. The young man who checked us in at first location had zero confidence that we would find room on own without a taxi.

チェックインの際は無人。 事前にホテルに入るコードを言われたが、間違えており、入れず。 メッセージでやり取りするも、ワッツアップで パスポートコピーを送れと要求されるが、当然持ち合わせてない。 スタッフを送らせとのことで、対人でチェックイン。45分ほど貴重な時間を外で過ごして不快。いずれ一部返金を要求します。 しかも部屋は地下。窓も開けられず。 御社の画像とは全く異なります。

Excelente ubicación. Puedes llegar a diferentes puntos turísticos a pie o en metro . Muy seguro

butikker, restauranter og kafeer i nærheten, så jeg hadde alt jeg trengte innen kort avstand. Rommet var rent, komfortabelt og godt utstyrt. Personalet var vennlige og hjelpsomme

Kylpyhuoneen suihkun lattia oli aivan järkyttävässä kunnossa. Käytävät täynnä pyykkisäkkejä oletettavasti ja avaimet tuli hakea satojen metrien päästä toisesta paikasta. Vastaanoton henkilö sisäänkirjautuessa tyly, sentään laukkuja ja avainta myöhemmin hakiessa paremmalla tuulella. Sijainti on hyvä, mutta pettymys päällimmäisin tunne tästä paikasta.

Initially thought it was a clean room, no problems at all, very good location… then I saw some insects in the toilet in the night - got a bit uncomfortable after that. Also fridge wasn’t working

Man skulle hente nøglen før - hvilket vi ikke havde fået af vide. Vi havde kun fået en mail og de andre vi løber ind i var også meget forvirret. Det var super frustrerende og tog over en halvtime at få vores nøgle fordi hotellets terminal ikke virket.

It was a nice place to stay for a night. I wouldn’t book it for a longer period. There were a few weird things, but no real issues.

Nice rooms, very clean!

Had trouble findings the office, but once I spoke with Brian (front desk) he was very helpful in helping me get into my room. The room was very clean and staff was helpful also.

Location is good, the property is accessible to restaurants and public transports. Staff upon check- in was nice. Room was clean but there was no shampoo, conditioner and soap provided which was really disappointing! We booked for a double occupancy room for couple and we preferred a double or queen bed. They provided 2 twin beds that are beside each other. Beds were very uncomfortable and there were no comforters provided. Which is another let down.

I did t like that you had to check in 6 blocks away. Thats should be stated. I had to walk with my family's languages and mine after checking in 6 blocks away in the heat.
