I was sent the entry instructions to the wrong location, and I was unable to reach them by phone, so had to call an uber to take me to a hotel. Elizabeth with Segovia Studios did eventually (10:45 PM at night ) send me a text and said she had sent me the wrong information. But at nearly 11:00 at night, I had already taken measures to get lodging at a nearby hotel. Elizibeth did offer me a refund, so I am working on getting that now
