We needed to call housekeeping to clean the room when we checked in. Room was not up to Hilton standards. The staff are super helpful and extremely nice. They tried their best. Breakfast was also very good. Unfortunately the cleanliness of the room could be better.

It was all good. I think the property is a little old , which shows up in some bits, but was a good stay.

Comfortable stay with family

Staff was excellent specially Akhilesh Yadav. I couldn’t stay for breakfast but he arranged ahead of time for me.

The hotel is not clean, not Hilton stardard. They provided twin bed for 3 adults even though we paid extra. Very unsatisfied.

Breakfast was great--lots of choices. Staff was polite and friendly. Didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool.

Hotel is beautiful, clean and safe! The Staff is BEYOND spectacular and so attentive!! Wow!!!

Everything was great. Expensive for India, but you get what you pay for.

Everything about my experience at The Hilton Garden Inn Lucknow was spotless and perfect. Every single person on the staff was polite, super helpful. The amenities, the rooms, the food, etc. I will most definitely recommend this place and also stay here whenever I'm in Lucknow.

Everything excellent at the hotel! Rooms/bathroom were clean, plenty of space at the lobby, excellent foot at the restaurant, All staff very courteous to provide the best service!

Poor bathroom (tub/shower)design leading to soggy conditions. Overall leading to highly unpleasant experience.
