Wonderful hotel and property. Everything was 5 star. Staff were great. Concierge helped me get a few nice items to the room for my wife's birthday. Will certainly be back to the hotel in future.

Very luxurious property for good price, the view from the room was amazing and outdoor hot tub was a plus to the hotel.

Definitely one of the best hotels in Canmore. The rooftop pool/hottub and fire table with its views alone deserve 5 stars! The staff who work there are all amazing, customer service is incredible and the atmosphere is incredible. We can't wait to stay here again.

The stay overall was wonderful. The staff are friendly. Hotel has great walkability to main street. I do suspect that by booking through Expedia results in being assigned the less desirable rooms - meaning the hotel will always give the better rooms to people booking directly through them and or to the people who are a part of their rewards programs. If you are looking for a peaceful stay you may want to avoid being in a room facing the pool and or near the pool as it can be noisy. If you are on the second floor and the room above is occupied it can be a bit louder. Maybe ask to be booked in a room on the third floor away from the pool.
