Lovely hotel in a very nice area of Sheffield. We requested an early check in so reception sorted our room to be cleaned first. The room (Owls Burrow) was spacious, clean and have a fridge and fans in it which was welcome as it was such a warm weekend. The bathroom was great, separate free standing bath from rainfall shower. And the bed was so comfy! Breakfast was a real treat with a freshly cooked full English / veggie option with hot drinks and juice. Set us up for the day ahead. Also the offer of residents being able to use the restaurant bar at night was welcome although we didn't take advantage of this. If we stay in Sheffield again will look at this hotel first.

Just great really helpful staff and comfortable room

We stayed in Owls Burrow. The Room was lovely. Cheesecake in a dome on arrival. Jug of water. Tea and Coffee Facilities. Nespresso Machine. Dressing Gowns. Fan if needed. Complimentary Toiletries to use while staying. Mattress comfortable. However 3 of the pillows were lumpy or flat. Be aware that the room faces a busy road. So I was kept awake all night as I am a light sleeper. Unplugged the fridge as it only had fresh milk in. Too noisy to have kept on. We went down for breakfast. We chose a full english. It was adequate but not worth 15 pound. Drinks extra. The poached egg was not runny. Bacon was fatty.

Überaus freundliches Personal. Schöne Zimmereinrichtung. Viele kleine liebevolle Details wie zum Bsp. klassische Musik läuft, wenn man das Zimmer betritt. Kleine köstliche Kuchen stehen als Geschenk bereit. Alles sehr hochwertig. Gute Parkmöglichkeit direkt vorm Haus. Frühstücksauswahl war sehr gut.

Great location, spotless room and lovely personal experience on reception

Parking wasnt great on 3 spaces for the property so had to park at the top of hill and carry luggage down. Staff and room was lovely, room smelt fresh and was clean we was right next to main foor but could not hear much noise. Check in/out was quick and straight forward. Would recommend hotel.

Easy parking

Lovely rooms. Quality products. Spotlessly clean. Every member of staff was friendly, helpful and professional. Great food. Absolutely lovely stay and would highly recommend staying here. Encliffe Park and botanical park on doorstep. Sharrow Vale Road independent stores five min walk. Amazing restaurants also with ten min walk. Excellent location.

We had a lovely stay. Several small touches made the stay special - milk for coffee was from a bottle, not a sachet, and came with fresh homemade cake. The room was comfy and well appointed. Breakfast (not included) was à la carte and tasty. The restaurant has won several awards.

Had a fab 1 night stay at the Brocco, spacious spotless ground floor room with stunning en-suite with huge wetroom shower. Quality toiletries, gorgeous bed linens, super- comfy bed and delicious homemade cake to enjoy on arrival. Julia, friendly host welcomed us with a free glass of Prosecco which was very indulgent and much appreciated. Overall a perfect stay and highly recommended whenever you are in southwest Sheffield.

The room was very well presented, plenty of lovely extras like cheesecake samples, a tea and coffee selection and a wide selection of toiletries. The room was very clean and modern.

Great hotel with helpful professional staff and a great chef.

The room was great, the bathroom spotless. We had two breakfasts and one evening meal - all very good. All the staff were friendly, helpful and cheerful.

Very nice room, bed and pillows not great, but comfortable. We had one of the loft rooms - Swallows, watch out for the sloping ceilings! Also the regular metallic banging of the heating throughout the night was not the best for a restful night. Extremely limited parking options, litreally only 3 / 4 spaces available otherwise it's on a dark side street. Really nice restaurant, food delicious and staff were extremely nice and friendly. Special mention to Tegan who was very helpful and seemed to do everything! Good position about 10mins drive from centre of Sheffield and excellent for walking through the park to Peak district or for something to eat or drink on Eccleshall road.

Stunning room and amazing service. This was our 5th stay and we'll never get bored of coming here. Our favourite hotel by far!
