The location is good, close to the station. Customer service is excellent. However, the room is not really clean. We found a cockroach in the room, which was scary to us.

Good location not to busy area. Lots of food options and konbinis. 24 hours free water refill. Free coffee and tea for selected hours. Only bad experience is I cannot borrow a bowl to microwave food for my toddler. I didn't blame the hotel employee since its hotel rules. Recommend this hotel to all. Will come back again.

Hotel was very nice, simple, and clean. Staffs were very polite, helpful, and cheerful which is great. My room was a corner room on a high floor. It was spacious and comfortable. Hommachi station gate 4/5 is very close to the hotel. very recommended.
