We had a very pleasant stay here, greeted by lovely owners. The establishment was very clean very tidy. We had air conditioning in our room so this was very comfortable when we arrived. Beds made lovely extremely comfortable & fresh towels. Although the decor is somewhat dated this does not matter when you have everything you need. The shower head was no longer being held up by the stand but this was a small negative as the shower itself worked fine. Thank you for a very pleasant stay we will definitely visit again as it is very conveniently located close to the tube station making it ideal to go to& from London centre. Best wishes Emma

The overall stay was fine, but the photos are nothing like the room we got. The photos and the amenities show rooms with kitchens and laundry facilities, but we just had an older, basic attic room with a small bathroom. It was ok, but not what we were looking for or what we planned for. It’s not near any attractions, but luckily there’s easy access to public transit. Probably not the best choice if you are planning most of your activities in or near the city center.

Good location for tube and north London, easy parking. Apartment was weirdly appointed with random furniture. Kitchen very poorly appointed - not possible to cook properly. Fridge smelly and crockery mostly plastic. No tea towel, no laundry detergent and no washing liquid. Apartment was dirty and they cleaned it a second time. Sheets had not been changed (they changed them). A few hours into our stay another person unlocked the door and walked in - he had been staying there and they hadn’t told him he was moved elsewhere. We felt quite concerned about other people having. Key to our room. Bathrooms smelly. Owner was helpful and embarrassed about problems and send in new cleaners. Boiler broke halfway through our stay and we lost heating and hot water - had a very cold night. They sent an engineer quickly the next morning who fixed it. Would not stay here again.

Good location with easy links into central London. Lovely clean room just what we needed for an overnight stay

Great location being a few minutes from a Northern Line station. Good room, comfortable bed and pillows. Good parking.

Good value for money, a little tired in terms of decor but a beautiful, well-kept sunny garden to the rear with doors leading out from the dining room. Great area for accessing central London, but lots of local bars and shops nearby. Woodside Park tube station just down the road.

Never anyone around to ask questions had to go outside to ring door bell to get someone to come to reception inside the house . Beautiful garden, room was ok but had to hold shower head as it just kept falling off .very good for train station only 10 minute walk .

Warm welcome, big room with everything you need. It was an extremely hot day but on entering the room they had a powerful fan already going so it was nice and cool. Comfortable bed and slept well. Only let down was the shower, as it wasn't draining while in use and started seaping out onto the floor, the pipes probably just need a deep clean, but this is a very minor point compared to the rest. Would definitely stay again

The check in staff was rude and asking questions unwarranted, the shower in the room was not functioning well hence my children refused to have a shower for the night,i will never use them again and they did not meet the level of expectations to be on hotels.com

Really friendly and helpful staff. Great quiet location, and rooms are really nice. Free parking which is really useful.

Beautiful Guest House with a spacious & sparkling Apartment room. Very impressive.

Io e la mia famiglia siamo stati benissimo, ci hanno assegnato un appartamento bellissimo con tutte le comodità e pulitissimo. L' hotel è a 5 minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metro. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Great little town with lots of great restaurants and a nice break from London, friendly and attentive staff, clean rooms. Great price, close to Northern tube line.

Comfortable beds, quiet location. Great to have free parking.

Clean spacious room

Internet was generally reasonable. Beds firm but that was a good thing. Didn't try the breakfast as it seemed quite expensive for a continental option only. We were pre-warned about the lack of a lift to the second floor so that was fine. Slight confusion at check in as Expedia indicated 50% had already been paid but that didn't seem to be the case. Overall I would recommend the place if you need an affordable option in that area.
