附近食肆很早關門選擇不多！

員工很親切，住的房間很特別，蠻妙的體驗

自行開車前往有馬溫泉拉著行李走到旅館可能須走一陣子，因為旅館位於溫泉街中心處。到了旅館附近遍尋不著該在哪辦理入住手續，花了幾分鐘找路人詢問（當地人英文普遍不能溝通）才找到辦理入住手續的本館上大坊。別館的房間剛重新裝潢沒多久，整體感覺很新很乾淨，樓下與附近很多文創小店、啤酒咖啡館與小吃，離金湯更是幾步路腳程。旅館主人雖然不諳英文但接待過程很用心，甚至幫我們提一件大行李至二樓，退房時也送了我們伴手明信片。整個旅館美中不足的缺點應該是本館的溫泉，建議能不去就別去，溫泉位於地下室充滿濕氣與霉味，非常陳舊與骯髒，地面溼滑黏膩，其中一個池子還佈滿青苔⋯⋯

值得推介的住宿，簡僕且整潔，酒店的地點很方便，周邊有很多美食和購物的地方；惟獨酒店提供的温泉略為遜色。

整齊乾淨，設備簡約，很舒適。

記得服務櫃台在飯店地址的斜對面，雖然飯店有自己的溫泉，不過既然到了有馬還是建議去金之湯和銀之湯。櫃檯的服務人員非常親切，房間也很舒適，給五顆星。

有馬温泉では信じられないほど低料金にもかかわらず、大変満足できました。有難うございました。

とても綺麗でした

Lost my key the night before. I think I lost it at a nearby restaurant. I backtracked everywhere I went but the restaurant was closed. So the staff person had to let me back in the room, which was down the street. I couldn’t leave the room again as there was also an entrance door that was locked 24/7 & I needed a key to get back in. So I was stuck in a room without a tv! In the morning when I checked out, they told me I couldn’t leave until I found the key. The restaurant wasn’t going to be open to noon, and there was no guarantee it was there. This all occurred at 0800 and I had a bus and several trains to catch. I offered to pay for the key replacement and they charged me 10,000 yen. I don’t know what it costs to copy and replace a key, but it certainly isn’t 10,000 yen. But I paid it because I was in a hurry. But telling me “No, you cannot check out until you find the key.” (In a very rude manner) did not sit right with me. I’m a senior, and I had prepaid for the room months before. I could have just left without paying for the key replacement, but I offered kindly and the payment was received rudely. Like, couldn’t they have just called the restaurant later when it opened? I actually liked the place, very old school renovated nicely. Except for the medieval onsen, lol. But to be told, “No, you cannot leave until you find the key” pissed me off and he’s lucky I didn’t go off on him after he took the bill & didn’t thank me for my patronage. 1 star.

Great, great personal and the town is fantastic

Just a set of futon and a small table. No TV, hardly any amenities, but an excellent onsen and quiet evening. A perfect place for those who want digital detox.

部屋もトイレ洗面台は清潔で、木造でも夜は静かでした。　 夕食・朝食なしの素泊りがコンセプトのお宿です。夕食は近隣の飲食店が20時前後に閉まるので、事前に予約や営業時間の確認をお勧めします。 TVはなくても、フリーWi-Fiがあります。 タオルはもう少し心地よいものだと嬉しいです☆ 同じ旅館の無料で入れる温泉は古いので、温泉は近くの金の湯をお勧めします。

Amazing location, price and staff. I know a little bit of Japanese so that helped, but they have a book for non-Japanese speakers! If you’re visiting, just please be respectful of their rules. I would definitely come back and recommend to everyone!

有馬の温泉街の真ん中にある宿なので、風情も良く、宿の設備も綺麗で非常にシンプルでした。過ごしやすいですが、壁が少し薄いです。 周囲の飲食店が早く閉まるのと、離れた所にコンビニがあるので、事前に飲食物は用意しておいた方が良いです。

お部屋はきれいで繁華街？もすぐ近くだし、とっても良かったです。 チェックイン時間より少し早く着いてしまったのですが、すぐに対応してくださって助かりました。

小宿は別建物の部屋で自由な旅には 落ち着きもあって良かったです

天然温泉源なので温泉湯がとても素晴らしい。和のテイストで昭和な雰囲気の宿です。 ホテルのような気遣いは少ないのでそこを求めてしまうと物足りなさを感じるが、ある程度自分でやれる方には十分かなぁと。 温泉湯が十分に熱いので冬は最高に満喫できると思います。天然温泉源なので外観がどうしても温泉源の蒸発で内装の綺麗さを損なうが天然温泉湯はそういう味のある風呂場になるので気にせずに温泉を楽しみお肌もスベスベです。

日本で1番汚い？古い温泉かなと思いました。 ある意味温泉マニアは喜ぶかと。
