地點優越，步行十分鐘便到Victoria Plaza, 穿過商場便到火車站，去哪兒也方便。房間整潔，但因為環保關係，不會提供牙膏牙刷、拖鞋。清潔服務也是要通知才會入房清潔，還會問你要清潔哪些地方。凌晨12:00至第二天早上8:00都沒有人值班，所以不會找到服務員幫助，這點要留意。

離車站算近，附近安靜，員工友善，第一天check in是早上，還問我們要不要去吃早餐，行李也幫我們送到房間。房間雖然不大，但蠻漂亮的，下次會考慮再住。

Lovely place with convenient location. The room is clean. About 10 minutes to metro station by walking, and very closed to central London.

房間很有英倫風, 很漂亮, 但浴室有很大的霉味, 又沒有位置放個人梳洗用品, 毛巾架, 浴室鏡及坐廁等設施都頗高, 個子矮的我很不方便 Wifi連線非常差, 經常斷線

房間比較細小，但整體算錯。酒店房間看來是翻新了的。早餐比較簡單，是歐陸式的。

Front desk staff, the individual Komal, was extraordinary! Friendly, patient, knowledgeable and loyal. She's the best and the highlight of our stay! We even took a photo with her!

Room and staff were great. Hotel corridors and stairs are quite narrow. Property is largely not handicap accessible.

While there isn’t much room in 113 for luggage, it was comfortable for sleeping and prepping for a day out in London. The bathroom was clean, the shower was lovely, and the added amenities of soap, shampoo, and conditioner were great for the light traveler. It was pretty quiet. Comforters were HOT, so glad to have the aircon! All in all, I’ll book again for sure.

Lovely hotel. Clean, everything you needed. All staff very helpful and couldn't do enough for you. Ideal situation for Victoria Train and bus stations, and very central for attractions.

Det var et lille fint hotel som lå godt i forhold til stationen. Go betjening og søde mennensker. Værelserne er lidt små, der måtte godt ha været en stol på værelset Kan godt anbefales.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Victoria. Very boutique feel, limited rooms and all unique. Beautiful bathrooms. We had the family room which was a separate building but it was comfortable with space. The staff was amazing. Smiling and helpful. Gave good suggestions on transportation. Allowed us a late check out since we had a later flight.
