这家酒店不错，干净整洁，员工也很友善。房间里有洗衣机。不过，谷歌地图上的位置不太准确，所以出发前一定要再确认一下。

性价比很高。工作人员很友好，考虑到我们最初预订的房间可能对两个人来说太小，还免费给我们升级了房间。

No meal I book room with breakfast but no breakfast

The room is good & well designed, though i choosed the one withour window, it’s still okay. It’s closes to the bus station maybe 1-3 minutes away, but the mtr is a little bit far 11 minutes away. The most annoying thing during my stay is the floor is not sweep & mop, the thick dust from the very first day and the dirt on the floor were not cleaned up during my stay here, though i mentioned it with the receptionist. Even i found rubber band which is not belong to me, still in my room. I won’t stay here anymore

The room is very old, dirty and smelly. I had a really bad day at that hotel and couldn't sleep. So I moved to another hotel on the 2nd day.

Customer service of Traveloka & Arrivee hotel has my records already for request refund. Was not able to even reached the hotel due to an emergency
