酒店只有十幾間房間，地面是餐廳酒吧，一樓和二樓是酒店房間(沒有電梯)。雖然這間店已經有百年歷史，但可能有翻新，內裡裝修很好。剛好提供了一間面積比較大嘅房間，但對著十字路口，清晨有點車聲，需要關窗睡覺，有風扇提供。早餐雖然沒有熱食，但仍算比較好味。職員很友善。從火車站去酒店，可以乘坐1號巴士，只需要三個站就到Bentor，落車後酒店就在對面。可以問職員取優惠券就可以免費乘坐巴士，不知道船或其他是否也有優惠。

The hotel location is excellent. We parked close by and this was validated by the hotel. The hotel is a short walk to the lake and is highly recommended for an amazing view. Hotel staff were extremely helpful and the hotel restaurant was superb. Tex-Mex - wasn’t expecting it to be as good as it was. Couple of negatives - we travelled during the summer months and the room didn’t have aircon. It was uncomfortably hot. The room had a fan but we all struggled to sleep during the nights we stayed. Bit of a shame and very tiring. The other negative and probably not a hotel issue. Accommodation tax!! Horrible…you budget for your stay and then an additional charge is incurred during check-in. Should either be included upfront of hotel booking or not charged at all.

En séjour de 2 nuits avec nos 3 enfants, nous avons eu une grande chambre sous les toits... sans clim et avec des chaleurs de 35 degrés la journée. Nuitée très pénibles, un vrai four, pas possible d ouvrir la fenêtre tellement il y avait du bruit et aucune sécurité à la fenêtre alors que nous étions très haut (dangereux pour les gamins si ouverte!). Porte de douche transparente alors que la salle de bain ne peut pas être loquée... eau de douche passant du très froid au brûlant sans rien toucher et pommeau qui fuit. Bref, pour plus de 1000.- pour 2 nuits, on s attendait à un peu plus de confort!! Pas de petit frigo à dispo pour garder nos boissons au frais malgré la chaleur. Mal situé (carrefour) vu sur des gens douteux dans une ruelle qui faisaient n importe quoi la nuit

Die Unterkunft ist toll. Sehr zentral und direkt beim Schloss Thun. Gratis Kaffee und Tee rund um die Uhr. Das Hotel liegt an einem Kreisel, daher gibt es Strassenlärm. Mit geschlossenen Fenstern aber kein Problem. In den heissen Monaten sind die Zimmer sehr warm. Wie geschrieben ist es mit Lüften schwierig. Der Ventilator ist sehr leise und stört in der Nacht, wenn er läuft nicht. Ansonsten sehr grosszügige und geräumige Zimmer. Das Frühstück ist einfach aber gut. Das Personal ist super nett und freundlich. Geparkt wird das Auto in einem der sehr nahe gelegenen Parkhäusern.

Staff provided excellent support and instructions for after hours check in since we arrived late by train. Room was sparse and warm as it was on an upper floor, but after windows were open, it cooled off substantially. Balcony was a real highlight. Location was great but not amazing. Fan was provided in advance. My only complaint was breakfast. Honestly, it was substandard. It consisted of a small plate of meat and cheeses, a small selection of yogurts and breads. Small selection of Fruit was available. Only egg option was boiled eggs that had to be prepared by yourself in a machine that took 10 minutes. Even by our European standards, it was probably the poorest of all our breakfasts.

Uniquely quirky with Cowboy bar theme. Staff very nice, obliging to every request. Excellent food, buffet breakfast and Texmex dinner. Located next to busy main road roundabout with 24 hour noisy traffic, which you have to get used to over your stay. Reception staff need to inform guests of requirement to be quiet after 22.00, which is a Swiss regulation.

Less than 10 minutes from the train station and the staff is kind. There is no AC, so you have to open windows at night. It is on a busy street, so it is not the best sleep.

Beautiful old hotel with lots of charm, but because it is a classic, no elevator or AC. Staff was nice and breakfast was exceptional. Get a room with balcony and view of Thun castle — worth it. Easy access by bus to Train Station; walk to town hall

Super-freundliches Personal!!!

This hotel is very much a boutique hotel. No elevator or air conditioning but still a very nice and clean room. The decor is shabby chic and bedding is comfortable. The included breakfast is not as much as we have had at other hotels during this trip but a quick yogurt and coffee and croissant does the trick. The staff was very friendly and even took our bags up to our room for us. FYI the parking is not real sat either which was nice.

Personnel très agréable. Hôtel bien situé pour visiter Thoune.

Cool old building very nicely updated. Friendly staff, great location by the castle and less than five minute walk to the old town.

Es un hotel bastante cómodo y agradable, sólo hay que tomar en cuenta que no cuenta con ascensor y si llevas equipaje pesado, puede ser un poco complicado, de igual manera me hospedé en verano y hace bastante calor, aunque tiene ventilador de techo y otro de pedestal, pues es un poco incómodo, pero Tiene buen precio y está con la atención del personal que siempre están dispuestos a ayudarte.

Eine sehr positive Überraschung. Das Zimmer gemütlich und mit allem was es braucht! Ich habe herrlich geschlafen und wurde richtig verwöhnt beim Frühstück, einfach top! Das Restaurant ist definitiv auch einen Besuch wert. Gerne wieder!

Parking, Check-In, einfach und unkompliziert! Sehr sauber, der Self-Service Kiosk ist super. Lage sehr zentral, deshalb auch nachts sehr lärmig. Ausdiesem Grund ist der Preis doch sehr hoch.

Absolutely stunning property, central location and wonderful staff. No AC which is common and not a big deal as the windows open and many fans are provided for each room. Would recommend this stay to anyone coming to Thun!

Die Klimaanlage fehlt! Zum Glück gab es einen Tisch Lüfter ( der leider sehr laut war) Gut gelegen,alles zu Fuss erreichbsr
