服務人員冷淡, 住了3天都借不到風筒, 早餐十分不理想, 比一些便宜的Hostel 還差, 我在門上掛了請勿打擾的牌子但還是有人進我的房間。

La douche etait bouché et de l eau sale remontait immeditement avec des poils et saletés. Apres une plainte ils nous ont finalement donné une autre chambre mais la douche etait encore bouché. Prix tres elevé pour la qualité de l hotel. Au moins la deuxieme chambre avait un lit double nous sommes un couple et la premiere avait 2 lits simples. On nous avait dit qu il n y avait plus de lit double disponible!!

Opcao de baixo custo para lassar uma noite em Calama. Bom Cafe da Manha.

La propiedad está bien, las condiciones buenas, sólo que no me dieron la habitación que pedí, pero fuera de eso, está bien

Tenia mucho olor a tabaco

Pessoal da recepção bem cordial. Foi impressionante a semelhança do quarto com os do Íbis no Brasil. Sei que é um hotel simples, mas era exatamente isso que precisávamos para um pernoite apenas.

Be careful the hotel isint in a safe area. Our rental car parked front the hotel has been vandalizes vavandalizedvandalized!

Bom

Simple, budget hotel. Clean with a comfortable bed, not much else. Toilet room can be a challenge if you're taller than 6'2 :) Basically what one would expect, no more no less. For a one or two night budget stay, it's perfect.

Muito limpo e organizado. Facilidade no check in e check out. Tem estacionamento coberto,.pessoal da recepção simpáticos.

Rooms were nice but staff upon checkin were very weird. Just before they gave us our room key, the manager randomly said “pay us 85 dollars”, without explanation and even though the room was pre paid. We obviously said no, and then they just said okay and gave us our key - very strange. They were also very confusing about the 19% VAT tax, trying to quiz us on if we had paid it and if we needed to pay it, even though we are exempt as foreigners that meet the rest of the criteria.

Hébergement correct, quelques problèmes à résoudre, clim non fonctionnel, douche qui se vide mal, et surtout un sourire du personnel serait sympa ! L’hébergement est propre et le pdj est très bien

The room is tiny and bed was super noisy but breakfast (extra cost) was above average. No transport offered but uber is $5,000 CLP
