Kids voted this the best place we stayed! They enjoyed having their own private mezzanine complete with bean bags and games. We enjoyed the tranquility of the surroundings. Basic supplies like coffee and cooking oil provided do you can easily self cater.

The pictures do not do this place justice. The units are beautiful, extremely comfortable and were very functional for our family of 5. The staff were exceptionally helpful and communicative and even helped us with recommendations and booking activities.

Nous avons adoré cet hébergement. La piscine était parfaite surtout après une longue journée de randonnée. Nos enfants se sont beaucoup amusés. Le service fut impeccable. Nous avons même demandé s’il était possible qu’on coupe des branches d’un arbre, car celles-ci cognaient contre le toit et nous gardaient réveillés la nuit à cause des grands vents. Le lendemain, les branches étaient coupées! Emily a la réception nous a même aidé à trouver un guide pour un “Night Tour” qui était à 2 min d’auto. Il faut être prêt pour des routes qui montent, descendent et tournent constamment, de “grosses” pentes, il faut absolument un VUS 4x4 pour votre location car la route pour se rendre est quelque chose. Fortement recommandé!

Nice house. Houses are very close together but they did try to make them private. Plumbing issues with the shower and toilet. Staff wasnt the best. Sent multiple messages via whats app, email and expedia about our arrival but got no response. Also booked a tour through them but they didnt didnt give us the guides name which is absolutely necessary, this caused alot of confusion at the meeting area

What a great place to stay. We travelled with 2 adults and our 17 & 15 year old kids and everyone loved it, and were sad when it was tying to go. The only thing I would change is we stayed in the Monteverde house and the trees about the main suite hit the roof all night when it was windy, but not a big deal at all! Highly recommend!!

Beautiful mountain property, perfect for a family of four. The pool was an added bonus for our two young boys who love to swim!

Nice swimming pool with heated water. Good security and parking. Comfortable dwelling. Shower heat control set slightly low. Very responsive staff!

Location is great. Facilities are great. Front desk great. Felt that hot water did not last sufficiently long for a family of 4. Had golf cart parked on our parking space and when we tried driving around it to get to our unit we scratched car on the hedges which is unfortunate as it is a rental car. Some issues with bugs getting into the house which we had to remove as one of the members in our family was bug phobic.

Beautiful, beautiful place!! Secret romantic getaway. Pictures don't do this beautifully kept place any justice. Just go and experience it. It is so worth it!!

Lovely place, very well kept, covered heated pool was a perfect fit with the cool mountain weather.
