A very nice hotel. Excellent location and very good service！

Great location. Very comfortable and spotless room with full fledged kitchen and washing machine. Friendly and helpful staff who always give you a warm welcome when you are back to hotel. We stayed there 5 nights and will stay again if we travel to Lisbon. Won’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone!

This is an excellent property with walking distance towards the water, shopping area, and restaurants. The front desk service was FANTASTIC. Questions were answered quickly and they had taxis called for us on our departure date. They also offer complimentary staples on your fridge… we had some fruit, eggs, cheese, coffee/tea stocked. They also delivered a bread bag in the morning with rolls, croissants, and custard tarts. Extra bottles of water given on request. We had room 502 and it was more than enough for our family of 5. Clean rooms, bathrooms, and living area. Loved how the front desk met us in our room to explain how everything works and to recommend popular eatries in the area. Will definitely be back.

Big spacious unit perfect for our family of four with two young kids. Staff was so friendly ( shout out to Ruben) who helped us check in late at night cause our train was cancelled. Breakfast was enough to start the day but note it is

Excellent choice! Clean, staff is always available, VERY comfortable bed and pillows, might be the most comfortable I've ever experienced in a rental. Great breakfast offer. Very centrally located yet be aware taxi cant drive you up to the entrance as the street is pedestrian only. Elevator is a plus. Dishwasher and AC is a ++. Quite. Safe.

Excellent location and great size room for a family

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The items provided in the kitchen were outstanding. These included eggs, fresh fruits, wine, milk and yoghurt. Hotel is in a very central location with tram out the front. I was concerned this would be noisy but did not hear a thing with doors closed

The staff was attentive and did a fantastic job to make our stay comfortable. The location is great for sight seeing across Lisbon

Small in unit combo washer/dryer

The apartments are in a very central location to walk around Lisbon. The staff are super helpful (thank you Beatrice!) and pleasant. The room we had was large with a bed and two pull out beds, accommodating four of us easily. They loaded us up with eggs, granola, cheese, fruit and breads to have a lovely breakfast in the morning. The kitchen is well equipped and it was helpful to be able to do a load of laundry there. The place is very clean and has all you need to stay in Lisbon and feel like you have a great home-base.

Spacious apartment. We had the second floor apartment . It was nice and clean and had all the amenities and great breakfast. However, our upstairs neighbours had very heavy feet and the footsteps could be heard very loudly night time and early morning. Other than that the apartment is perfect at a great location.

One of the best apartment style hotel I’ve stayed in. It had a separate bedroom and a spacious kitchen, dining, living room area. Washer/dryer combo in the kitchen but be warned it takes forever to dry your clothes. The hotel brings fresh bread to your door in the morning and they stock your fridge with fruits, butter, condiments, eggs and cheese in the fridge so you can make nice breakfast. Location was perfect- easy access to trains, sightseeing spots and many restaurants near by.

Eu gostei muito da nossa estadia nesse hotel. Os pãezinhos e pastéis de nata que eram entregues na porta do quarto todas as manhãs, foi uma grata surpresa. Nos ajudou muito e salvou nosso tempo. Também achei o quarto muito bom, limpo e confortável. Só o sofá cama onde meu filho dormiu que fazia barulho, mas isso não atrapalhou nossa estadia. Chuveiro ótimo, banheiro limpo e espaçoso o suficiente para dar banho no meu filho. A recepção também nos atendeu muito bem. Permitiram um checkin antecipado e o Igor nos deu muitas dicas boas de Lisboa. Ah e a máquina lava e seca também ajudou muuuito!
