a young vibrant team has their hands on all the wheels at HOXTON paris‼️ we spent 6 days with our large family over CHRISTMAS….2025… twas a superb experience…. Mathilde…Bastion….& all the team…BUT even though the names of the team are numerous, and i can’t add them ALL…it was everyone we encountered…. la welch USA

We absolutely loved your hotel, especially the lobby area. Our room was quaint and cozy - well organized and comfortable once we were in bed. Our struggle was that there was literally no room to walk around or put our luggage anywhere. I couldn't use the luggage cart as we wouldn't be able to open the bathroom door. I would have booked a larger room if I had known how very small the cozy room was. My daughter also booked a cozy room and had plenty of space to move around and store her luggage. Otherwise, everyone was very polite and helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Staff has been more than accommodating but basic room amenity is very limited

Had an excellent stay, staff was helpful and courteous. Rooms were clean & comfortable. Location was convenient. Restaurant & Bar were enjoyable. Had a great vacation with family!

My first stay at The Hoxton Paris also marked my first visit to the city, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed through thoughtful details such as a handwritten note and beautifully curated snacks in my room. The ambiance throughout the hotel is effortlessly elegant, and the dining experience was exquisite, with truly memorable food and service. Every touchpoint reflected care, sophistication, and impeccable hospitality. An outstanding stay that set the tone for my time in Paris I will most certainly be returning.

La chambre est spacieuse, mais sombre. Si elle donne sur la rue, impossible de dormir avec la fenêtre ouverte. Les communs sont sales. L'hôtel est bruyant. Pour le reste, le lieu est sympa.

The room was great, a good size, very clean. A little dark but the bathroom light is good so not awful. The staff are exceptional, Gabriel on the front desk was so friendly and helpful. The bar is really good, we were served both nights by a guy (whose name we didn’t get) but the drinks were great and again, he was so friendly. Overall just excellent

Incredibly stylish hotel in a completely updated former factory building. Very popular bar and restaurant in lobby. Rooms were elegant and thoughtfully appointed. Would definitely stay there again.

Room service is terrible Receptionist are terrible They don’t even pick up the phone for $600 a night or more I expect better service Nothing is delivered on time The Receptionist is so tiny for the amount of people that are staying in the hotel so they cannot deliver

I have experienced a problematic experience during my stay. Basically Paris was around 13 to 22 degrees celcius and the air conditioning was broken during my whole stay, they offered me portable heaters. The phones were out during my stay, they offered to message over whatsup app if I needed any hotel services and so. But it takes to for the to answer. One night I arrived at my room and see that the room cleaning service did not put any hand or floor towels at the room. I messaged them 3 times they did not even return my messages. I tried to call the hotel lobby from outside to check their messages but like I said their phone system is out. They forget to put towels twice!!! They give to bottles of complimentary water, they forget to put that too once. It gave me the feeling that I should check everything when I arrive in my room if anything is forgotten. This is not a comfortable feeling. Plus for the room, its cosy and comfortable, my only concern is that the bath needs space around the sink area to put the personal items. The light lumen is low around the sink area, I have had hard time during my beard shaving. Quite nice location, hotel looks nice. But I would expect much better for the amount I paid for the room.

Ein sehr schönes und lebendiges Hotel. Coole Bar und ein schönes Restaurant. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich.
