The apartment is new, spacious and super clean. Two of the bedrooms and the balcony are facing the endless coastline of Kirra Beach. The beach has children’s playground and jogging tracks. Plenty of restaurants are nearby. So there is no need to worry about breakfast and dinner. The room service clean up daily and make up of beds was done in one of our 3 night stay. However, they forgot to replenish our laundry powder in one of the day. We cannot get back the laundry powder at night because the check-in counter operates from 9am-5pm. Therefore visitors are advised to bring their own laundry powder. Overall the apartment is excellent.

This was our second stay and both times have been excellent. The cleanliness and facilities could not be faulted. We would highly recommend a stay here

We booked a 1br apt and were checked into a 2br. Strict instructions not to use the extra br or bathroom or an extra cost would be incurred. The apt was extremely spacious and beautifully furnished. The master b'room was very spacious and the ensuite excellent. All room had access to the balcony from sliding doors. Great kitchen, European laundry and outdoor space. Lovely sea views.

Overall our stay at the iconic in a 3 bedroom oceanfront apartment was great. The staff were absolutely fantastic could not have been more helpful. Everything was really great except 2 things the size of the rooms they were just too small including the dining area and no airconditioning in the 2 other bedrooms. We stayed at the beginning of winter and one of the bedrooms was uncomfortably hot. Traffic is noisy during the day but you expect that. Otherwise it was great.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. It’s a great location, modern and clean. We always enjoy our stay at Iconic Kirra.

We loved The Iconic. The hotel could not be better positioned. It is surrounded by fantastic restaurants. The room was immaculate and the views were exquisite. We will definitely be back soon.

The welcome was so warm and friendly. The location is perfect and the studio suited us fine. Cotton, across the Rudd was perfect for breakfast.

Excellent

Kitchen has tools, but no pantry basics like salt, pepper, oil, etc. that you would find in an apartment rental so it's not exactly set up for easy cooking. Pack those ahead of time if you can, but too bad for people flying in. Staff are by the book and won't try to help you if what you need is outside of their norm.

Room description was completely inaccurate and paid for beach view - no beach view not even partial view. Facility response was the responsibility was the booking through 3rd party. Staff were polite. Room was small but clean. Very specifically wanted a beach view and very disappointed.

The apartment was bigger than expected, nice large windows allowing for lots of light and views of the hillside. Great patio with a dining space and a view of the beach. Decent kitchen with everything you need to prep and cook a meal. Great location for getting around Kirra or towns north and south of it. Overall 10/10
