The staff were great. The hotel itself was dated. This is not Premier Inn in central Epsom with air-conditioning. That is a different Premier Inn with a similar name. Don't get confused like I did. I specifically wanted the air conditioning and was unpleasantly surprised when we arrived. This hotel is not designed for a heat wave. We had to leave after two nights because the room was dangerously hot and humid. Having a bath was useful in reducing core temp. We filled it with water from the cold tap and took turns lying in it. A great location in Epsom but not in a heatwave.

Veldig bra hotell. Ren, rolig, fin. Nær sentrum. Perfekt for å slappe av og nytte. 30 min fra London senter med tog. Tog stasjon 10 min spasere fra hotellet, rett i Epsom senter. Masse kaffe, shopping. Elsket det
