Everything was fantastic! Will definitely be back! The breakfast menu and dinner menu were amazing! They have great chefs! The service, the room etc was top notch! The little village of Corsham is a delight. A wonderful place for a getaway.

The bedroom lights were not bright enough for reading at bedtime. The bathroom was lovely, with a separate bath and shower, and plenty of hot water. Breakfast was lovely, but the staff forgot to provide spoons for the cereals and fruit salad, so we had to wait longer before eating.

Staff were all excellent and responsive. Room was a delight with lovely lighting. Almost faultless stay. Looking forwards to coming back.

Lovely room, quiet and comfortable. Only gripe would be that the shampoo was attached to wall of shower so even though there was a bottle of conditioner it was hard to wash hair in the bath. Really enjoyed our visit

We booked a Premium room and we were really happy with it. Large spacious room with four poster style bed, large bathroom with freestanding bath. Classy contemporary decor, good tea/coffee amenities. We booked dinner outside in the garden, great food. Cooked breakfast was included with the room, cooked to order and piping hot. Would recommend and return.

following the Hotels.com information I thought I was booking a fine country hotel but found a friendly if understaffed pub. Room was fine and food was great, just nothing like my expectations. Stuff for generally friendly except in the bar where is it disinterested bar staff soured the Experience.

Great 2 night stay for a work visit. Staff are super friendly and offered a very warm welcome on arrival. The food in the restaurant was very good and the breakfast offered a great choice. Room was comfortable too. A great little stay

Highly recommend this hotel. It was very clean, food was great and a really good location. Very friendly helpful staff.

We had an overnight stay in room 8, the room was a good size and lovely big bed, sadly the sash windows couldn’t be opened, the room was very hot which led to an uncomfortable nights sleep. We had breakfast in the morning before leaving earlier than we would have liked too, but with the sun beaming into the room and it already being so hot we chose to leave as was too hot to be comfortable. if the establishment address the issue with the windows, apart from requiring a fridge to keep milk cold in all room the place it would have been top notch, its a little pricy for essentially what is a room in a pub, but convenient for exploring the local area.

Excellent pub, lovely food, superb attentive and helpful staff. Great location for walks, esp dog walking.
